Man..... thank you guys, really appreciate it. Just got back from the date and same old story - hopefully she'll be nice enough not to send the famous "wrong sort of chemistry" text! Rejection is TOUGH!! Weird thing was I could literally pinpoint the second she lost interest? No idea why at this point.. maybe its the brevity thing, but for me that's usually only when I'm writing, not in person.. I guess the fact of it was that we weren't really each other's type - she was posh with super bad mus…

Gotcha - thanks for the advice, I was just trying to get across the stage that I'm at so I could get well-directed advice, i.e I'm starting to become aware of beta behaviour and beginning to put a stop to it. "be outcome independent" - that's the real key isn't it? that's definitely the kind of phrase that will be really helpful for me to come back to during the date - thanks a lot!

Amazing! Thank you!! esp this - "..Never disqualify yourself for a woman. Let HER decide why she won't fuck you, never willingly help her one bit..." Man I catch myself doing that all the time, not sure where it came from - the whole thing about not wanting to seem too pushy I guess - now I'm starting to see that of course - they WANT you to be pushy!! So weird how you pick up these ideas as a good way to go, thinking that you're putting yourself in a good light, when actually you're doing your …

Brilliant! Thank you!! Her vacillating interest in the texts was pissing me off during the week, so I did leave 24hour gaps etc, and you're dead right it seemed to ignite her interest again...that kind of stuff I've kind of learned how to do over the years - I'm naturally fairly perceptive and I think I've got a vague sense of the basics just from past experience and reading TRP... the trouble is it's all reactive stuff rather than proactive - and that's the area where I'm still a bit lost - e.g…

Thanks so much! Babbling on about a given "fascinating" topic is probably me a lot of the time! I like to think and read and have tried to use this in my favour in the past on dates to try and stimulate the girl's intellect - I'm sure its way more the case that when I do manage to get with a girl, its probably in spite of all this talking, rather than because of it! Great points, thanks again!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
