It sounds like maybe he's a bit of a jerk. Jerks come in all colors, races, and sexual orientations. Maybe he's young and frustrated too? Maybe expose him to some seddit posts so he can better deal with people. You can be his loving brother but you don't have to take him out with you in order for him to cock block you. I'm a gay male who loves reading seddit. Many of the top voted comments here speak to more universal truths rather than anything gender specific. I've learned that the way we deal with people requires a sort of intelligence different from how we think by ourselves, and this mind-set has to be put into practice and improved on like a muscle. And it works, albeit it is easier for a guy to understand another guy, but after being here I got numbers like crazy and I bagged a boyfriend.
