I’m speaking from my experience as well I was a 6”4 350 lb fat guy who dressed like shit and had messy hair and did the minimum. I lost all my weight and got down to 185, had to rebuy all my clothes, wore high rated colognes, got salon haircuts (what was achievable with my ugly face), etc etc and was treated exactly like I was when I was fat.
