Hypocrisy would be if it was written by the same person, but it’s not. It’s two articles written by two different people, in two different newspapers, based in two different countries, almost a decade apart. Maybe your issue is you lump every “liberal” into one blob who all believe the same things, and then get confused and upset when people don’t all have the same opinion because that makes the world complex and not easy for people with impulse based lizard brains

Can we please stop believing everything we see just because it was typed on a white background with a picture underneath? Even if it’s real so many of these posts are fake I have a blanket policy on not trusting them. Post actual articles please.

I’m sorry women don’t throw themselves at you and your friends who I’m sure are perfectly nice, but that doesn’t mean men don’t get sexually harassed, especially by higher ups in the workplace

If they had a black person being the abuser people would obviously say it’s racist due to the stereotype of black people being aggressive. Seems they can’t win either way

Laws don’t magically change on their own. MRA’s here are more interested in publicity stunts than actual activism unfortunately

Making up scenarios in your head and getting mad about them is a very unhealthy habit

liberal elite This is a bizarre phrase to use when we’ve had a conservative government for 10 years. Honestly if a bill were to make it to parliament I doubt you’d find many opposers. The fact is people complain but they don’t engage in any actual activism to change things. Things like feminism and gay rights get codified into law because people work to get it done regardless of the inevitable backlash; which is always the excuse MRA give as to why they don’t even bother trying to do anything. All of these discussions about “women” are framed entirely around dating. It’s no wonder people here have a bad perception towards women when their frames of reference are basically their ex girlfriends and their mother. Like perhaps try and make friends who are female but where the goal is friendship and not just being nice in the hopes she might have sex with you eventually. Maybe even one who isn’t pretty and is just a chill person.

A lot of villains in older TV and movies have that “queer coded” vibe to them. Think Zorg from Fifth Element. Very flamboyant and androgynous, and even though they’re never explicitly revealed to be gay you can see what they were getting at.

This is so far removed from prenuptual agreements between couples intending to marry, this is barely even a business contract. They’re obviously not an actual couple

The whole point of this movement is to allow men to be free to explore things that aren’t considered “normal”, so if you’re going to shame men who deviate from societies narrowly defined acceptable avenues of self expression for men, you aren’t an ally to men’s liberation. You’re an authoritarian who wants to oppress your fellow men and limit their freedom, you can’t be an advocate for men’s rights while insisting men need to submit to traditional gender roles.

“Men’s rights” unless you like to express yourself outside of traditional masculine gender roles. Then you’re a degenerate

Do you know any women in real life? The ones I know don’t give me that impression.

You probably read it in the comments on this very sub the last time this story was posted, but it’s all speculation. Way too many People repeat stuff as fact because “they read it somewhere” but it just turns out being a comment on Reddit everyone repeats but is based on nothing

And somehow people here will find a way to blame feminists or women for dead beat dads abandoning their kids. I’ve never seen a sub full of people determined to be miserable tbh

In the real world, most people would agree. On Reddit, it becomes a gender wars thing where everyone just wants to score points for their “team”. It’s important to not let Reddit and screenshots of twitter distort your worldview. If you play a game of “let’s judge groups by what I see on the internet”, absolutely everyone looks awful. We all lose that game.

I always got the impression they hate women because their mom is a bitch who won’t let them stay out late
