Honestly, from reading your post, you don't sound like a loser to me at all. You do seem depressed or anxious and have low self-esteem, as I was, so what I can suggest is to find a good therapist and ease off the weed, maybe take antidepressants (really helped me during 3 years, now I am tapering down and I'll see just how much progress I made).
