I've seen it at a number of hotels. As far as the gym - I don't even use the gym there, I go to a powerlifting gym for gainz. Separation agreements are an excellent way to protect yourself, and to save money down the road. Most often judges will defer to the terms of the agreement unless the circumstances have changes such that it would cause undue hardship for one of the spouses to abide by it. They aren't bulletproof but they can sure help (and they're cheap in comparison to the interim custody/support claim route).
