I'd step up the appeal to the state courts, use the evidence and hire a good attorney. If you're telling the truth, this is clean and clear obstruction of justice and perjury. Establish the case with the state and have the date set and then launch a civil suit for defamation/slander and emotional damages. Go all out or go home.

I'm of the opinion that neo-feminist are mentally unstable. These women have pushed for women to be allowed into combat troops when the DOD has shown many studies and observations that women are not as strong or avoid injury nearly as well as men. They cry like children when they can't have their way.
