First I make sure evrything is set up, hoodie, sweat pants, everything I need to work on is close to me so I don't have to look for it for 20 minutes, I open spotify and choose Lo-fi beats playlist. And if I'm studying for more than 2 hours I use pomodoro it helps making sure I take some pauses, a litre of water and that's about it.

It's interesting that the first thing people use against mgtow is "they can't get laid" when they bring up interesting topics that could lead to interesting debates. In my opinion, I think the whole "they can't get laid" argument is very weak, I consider my self very close to the mgtow ideas and if I'm being honest I'm a rather good looking person and I don't have difficulty having short term relationships.
