1	I feel shame after cold approach? Yup. It’s an emotional response cued out of school. Basically a false emotion. But the feel is unfortunately as real as when it’s cued functionally. You have to actively tell yourself that emotions evolved to subserve effects but that shame among stranger NPCs is just miscued. Those ppl have little efficacy over u (unlike ur kin and effective community whose appraisal of u has real consequences). 1	How would you define an alpha? Alpha's in short are concerned territorial dominance, whether over their mates, over their property, or whatever else, and they like being overt about this. Flashy and materialistic. Tends toward extraversion at the healthy end and sociopathic or narcissistic at the extreme. Beta's envy alphas but just are not efficacious at it.
