It's not out of the ordinary. Regardless, if some women are irritated by me approaching them, I don't take it personally. We're both strangers. Her father, brother, best friend, etc. could have just died or something. You never know what's going on in someone's life. It's not personal, so don't take it personally. If you approach a lot, then you'll find a large variety of reactions from women. Some will be irritated, and some will be really receptive.
