This doesn't do you any good. You need to be someone that she is interested in, and have the confidence that she would be interested in you. Then you would get those indications, but you don't need to pay attention to them at all. If you're interested in her, talk to her, ask her on a date. She will have decided within 30 seconds of seeing you if she wants to have sex or not. If she's decided yes, then being direct isn't going to be a problem. If she's decided no, checking a list of IOIs will on…

Women don't find big legs attractive. The most attractive look to them is soccer player legs. So all the guys who figured they'll just work upper body got it more right than wrong. Obviously it's good to be in shape full body, but jacked legs shouldn't be an aesthetic goal. If you need them for a sport, then of course go for it.

Get yourself back in shape. I’m 37 and I consistently pegged by girls in their late teens and early 20s as 25-27. I was getting the same estimates when I was 32. I’m not aging much visibly. At some point I will finally look older, but at this rate I’m expecting it maybe in my 50s.

There’s always two ways to view things. You could be “arrogant” or “confident”, you could be “bossy” or “assertive”, and you could be “lazy” or “efficient”. They’re not exactly the same thing, but perspective can make one thing look like the other. What you want to look at with any negative quality, is find the positive corollary and cultivate it. If your problem is you’re lazy, think about being efficient. It might look like lazin, and even feel like it, but you can tell it’s working by your in…

That’s a pretty big caveat. You can marry and have it in your wife’s name, but if you were trying to avoid being your wife’s bitch, that’s a bad choice.

Sometimes you just have to give it a shot, like all the Hongers who moved to Canada in the early 90s to get Canadian citizenship before the handover. Because they knew it would probably go bad. Canada might not be great, but it's better than HK right now. But it's also important to have realistic expectations, and make the right decision. Some countries are really bad and anything is an upgrade. Others you have to think about carefully. Sometimes once you leave it's hard to come back and start y…

Do a search for “Universe 25” and “herbivore men” or “grass-eater men”. You’ll have plenty to read up on and to ponder while you’re there.

Yeah, and that doesn’t work well. You move to the country, get married, find that it kind of sucks, move back home, and your wife divorces you. Was talking to a Filipina a couple years back who said she’s witnessed it a bunch of times, and not one counter example where they stayed married after moving back. (There’s also the other side, post wall woman goes to find a young buck in Africa, they move back, she gets pregnant, they stay together long enough for him to get citizenship and you can bet…

If you’re planning on doing something like this, you definitely want to lurk on MensRights for a bit. Off hand I can think of Spain and Korea which both have laws quite hostile to men, and if you go by stereotypes you might not predict that. Also since OP mentioned Japan, you’d want to think about the grass eater phenomenon, and why it’s happening. Japanese women behaving in wuch a way that Japanese men decide to just check out? Do you really want a woman like that? Consider that countries that …

I’m actually not sure how she pulled it off, given we grew up in hippie central and feminism was extremely strong there. Maybe because my dad was moderately feminist and she let him do the talking and avoided arguments in general, none of the über-feminists caught on and tried to change her mind.
/r/TheRedPill01/10/21 06:47 AM

That’s pretty shitty. Generally if I tell my mom or dad something, they won’t pass it on to the other without checking with me. Everything is confidential by default, and definitely nobody says anything to someone outside the family without permission. I’ve never had my mom take my GF’s side, or the side of any other women against me. She made a conscious choice to not be feminist when she had sons, that’s probably part of the reason.

One cycle of steroids at 600mg for a few months will give you increased skeletal muscle satellite cell nuclei and androgen receptor expression that will last you the better part of a decade. It's not easy come easy go. Something like Dianabol sure, but testosterone the benefits stick for a long time. Then it's just easy come.

300mg is still physiological levels for most people (around 1300ng/dl), it's just increased feminization of men is steadily lowering the reference range. If we weren't in clown world, 250mg would be the standard TRT dose and not 100mg.

The point you missed is regardless of their past, no one wants to be reminded about the dumb things they did when they were younger. You might not have done porn, but there is certainly something you did. If there was a constant reminder off it out there, what would you do to have it removed? Under normal circumstances I'd agree. But Mia Khalifa's brand is that she was a porn star. If she hadn't done porn, nobody would know - or care - who she is. It would be kind of like if Bill Gates wanted to…

It's not really youth, it's pre-existing health conditions. So if you've already got something that mixes badly with pneumonia, you'll probably die. The older you are, the more likely that is to be the case. Unhealthy young people certainly are at risk of dying.

It shouldn't surprise anyone here that the Red Pill is packed with Beta Males. Well yeah, that's the point. If you're already alpha, what do you need the Red Pill for?

I'm not referring to a single paper. I'm clearly referring to multiple papers if you bother to read my comment carefully. But that's neither here nor there. Do your own research, read the whole studies, not just the abstracts. If you don't you're already lost. You have to go to the gym and lift the weights yourself, you can't ask someone to post a video of them lifting the weight. It's the same deal with doing research.

There's a lot of stuff that is wrong with this. Basically, ignore OP's specifics, go to scholar.google.com and search testosterone + dietary fat or testosterone + dietary protein and start reading up. The general idea of making lifestyle and dietary changes to improve testosterone is correct. Anyway. Short summary. Protein is bad for testosterone. The larger the percentage of protein in your diety, the lower your testosterone. I've seen one study mentioning at 5% you start having problems with t…

Well the study does address those factors to an extent. For instance that they controlled for pre-existing psychological conditions and competitive athletes. So there does still remain the possibility that in certain situations testosterone could amplify pre-existing tendencies towards aggression, but this study does show that testosterone by itself doesn't cause aggression. Other factors that need to be accounted for with roid rage is chronic traumatic encephalopathy and anabolic steroid induce…

Males in puberty have testosterone levels equivalent to 250mg-300mg of testosterone enanthate per week. If 600mg of TE per week doesn't cause any changes, there's no natural level of testosterone that would. Women do respond more to exogenous testosterone supplementation than men do, at least in muscle growth, probably due to higher androgen receptor density in the muscles. Changes in mood would be dependent on androgen receptor density in the brain though.
/r/MensRights02/01/20 09:28 AM
1

Reading the extracts OP provided The full study is available, you don't need to just read the extracts. If the study can't detect the normal mood lift from 3x a week of gym then it is questionable. You'd need to provide a trial that demonstrates how much you would expect mood to change using the same methods of measuring mood and anger, as a result of exercise by itself to be making this claim. Or else the tests used were inappropriate to pick up the effect. As the specific tests were described …

Do you have a link? Was it double-blind placebo-controlled?
/r/MensRights02/01/20 09:10 AM

Is it not possible that something analogous to this is at work with testosterone? Since part of the justification for testosterone supposedly being the aggression hormone is anecdotal reports of "roid-rage", that's unlikely. Your hypothesis would suggest that natural testosterone production increases aggression, but exogenous supplementation doesn't. I'd want to see a lot more studies with a lot more control for other variables before making such a broad conclusion. https://www.nytimes.com/1995/…
/r/MensRights02/01/20 09:06 AM
2

That could come into play with some of the insane stacks used by bodybuilders, but if we're talking about the notion that testosterone causes aggressiveness, and that men are more aggressive because of testosterone - at endogenous levels it's completely BS. And significantly higher than levels that are naturally possible, it is still BS.

I imagine if you did a study to correlate female obesity with feminism, you'd find there is some. Being fat is also disrespect for your partner. So women who are fat can be assumed to have less respect for men, on average, than women who are fit. The other explanation would be estrogen, if boys are exposed to too much estrogen that might impair their development in multiple ways. Fat contains estrogen, so obese women would be estrogen dominant (just like obese men, incidentally).

The feeling projected by an alpha male, and the feeling that betas wish to vicariously experience, is the feeling Mike Tyson feels when he knocks out his opponent, when Eddie Van Halen rips a guitar solo in front of thousands of screaming fans, when firefighters walk into the burning World Trade Center on 9/11, when Elon Musk invents some new technology that changes the world, or when Michael Jordan hits the game winning shot and cry tears of joy as he hugs the championship trophy afterwards. Gene could get away with it today too. An up and coming artist couldn’t, but Gene has money from multiple sources, he’s still immune to consequences. Also try #MeToo on Gene, when it’s obvious rape would be too much effort for him to get laid.

I don’t believe Gene (and Paul?) ever did drugs. So that’s one thing for them not to worry about.

You would. But they would derive benefit from leaving to work for someone who pays more. Eventually you'll only have people who aren't worth more than you're paying, and your competition will beat you.
/r/TheRedPill03/12/19 06:38 PM

There's no need to have equal pay legislation. If a woman does a good job, she'll find someone who will pay her what she's worth. If she's not doing a good job, then she'll cry for equal pay legislation. It's unlikely that a company would pay a man who's no good more simply because he's a man (after all, if he's no good, there's no loss to them if he leaves), so the notion that women ever were being underpaid for their work is fictitious.

Of course they're dangerous. But the best defense is to make yourself anti-fragile. People who are careful about what they say and do, and who they associate with, are easier to destroy. A good example in the RPG community is Zak Smith. When everyone was going after James Desborough, who never capitulated to them but became a PNG, Zak decided to cut ties with James. If you're not getting 9s or 10s at all (or even 7s or 8s), then yeah, lowering your standards is legit. If you are occasionally getting a 9, then having high standards is a fair trade off for infrequent sex.

You're lying to yourself if you say you don't want to get your dick wet. Saying it's all about you, and not her, is hamstering just like women who dress slutty saying they're not dressing for the benefit of the male gaze.

It's reality, not a blue pill world. Some people really are in a situation where speaking their mind would have negative consequences. It's better for them to keep quiet for the time being, in their own self interest. And that's one of the primary red pill objectives: Act in your own interest.

BTW, why is MGTOW so universally despised? This was pretty much the standard advice from any relationship column: Because women are deathly afraid of not having men to rely on. If MGTOW then women have nothing. They'd much rather be treated like shit, than be entirely ignored. TRP doesn't bother women nearly as much, even if they might complain about stuff like dread game, because at least they're still getting attention, and they're getting some kind of support.

Where do you think the term “oil check” comes from? Why do you think amateur wrestling has two referees on the mat if they have enough officials available? It’s not because the athletes are following the rules.

If you’re a competent fighter you’ll be dropping them one by one as they come in at you. No need to go aggressive, just have skill and be able to punch while moving in all directions. The way people fight in competition is because they’re facing a highly competent opponent. If they’re not, it’s over in seconds, like Alexander Emelianenko knocking out James Thompson after Thompson was completely worked up and aggressive and Emelianenko was just picking his nose watching Thompson act like a goof. …

I was alone most of the time. But the guests liked me because I never beat up any of their friends even when they were being complete jackasses and I had to kick them out. So the few times I did have to deal with multiples I did always have help. Once even from a guy I had bounced earlier that year. If I had gone all out, with no reason to, then winning one fight would have just lead to another. I had a colleague who was a good boxer. Knocked quite a few guys out because they gave him lip. This is interesting from a perspective of cultural anthropology. But there is no god, no afterlife, no spiritual guidance. We're on our own while we live, and when we die there will be nothing. The point is that height is so important to some women that no amount of muscle or strength will make a difference that they will even register your existence. Yes, tall and strong would be better, but tall is weighted at 90%.
/r/TheRedPill13/08/19 11:36 AM

They don't, they cheat shame. Men don't care about a woman who isn't attached to them being promiscuous. If they've made a bilateral agreement with a woman to be exclusive with each other and the woman breaks the agreement, of course they'll be pissed off.
/r/TheRedPill10/08/19 04:08 PM

Am I missing something? Yes. It's women who engage in slut shaming. If their pussy is the only resource they have to offer, they want the value to go up. If men have an easy time getting sex, then the value of pussy goes down. Intelligent, competent women can compensate for a reduced value of pussy, but they'd rather have everything stacked in their favour. Stupid, incompetent women can't compensate, so they're forced to, in their own self interest, slut shame other women.

I know at least one who prefers weaker men if they're tall and the stronger men are short (especially shorter than her). Guys who were jacked -fitness models, and interested in her, she rejected for a nerd with less arm circumference, because he was 1m85. Of course height isn't something you can control so no point adjusting your plans because of it, but there are women whose preference is looking up at their man instead of down, before anything else.

Bony to beastly did a survey on this. Even women who prefer skinny and could date Christian Bale as the machinist, would prefer their boyfriend with a bit of muscle. Put on as much as you can natty. You'll increase your pool by getting larger than deliberately staying skinny. If you really can't do anything about size, at least get yourself a clear six pack.

As a former bodybuilder, I can honestly say being jacked did nothing for me. There is such a thing as too much muscle. 99.999% of men will never reach that, so when speaking in generalities, it's not worth even mentioning as an exception. And the people who do have too much muscle obviously aren't making excuses for why they shouldn't lift - they're posting about Swole Acceptance in between sets. Compared to the guys this is addressed to, Brad Pitt is jacked.

They mentioned that they didn't have a very wide sample. It would need to be done again with steroid using bodybuilders. That could show different results. That said, it's highly unlikely that anyone not using steroids could possibly make themselves look unattractive by being too strong.
/r/TheRedPill03/07/19 09:50 AM

And they did objective measures of strength, and found that women accurately predicted the strength with their strength ratings. So we can go with a fairly simple assumption that being strong is strong looking.

One thing is if you have a shoulder injury that limits your ability to carry above a certain weight, your grip strength decreases (so you don't pick up something so heavy that your injury is made worse)(. So grip strength is a good final indicator of carrying capacity. It's also very useful to have in wrestling sports.

Your height isn't something you can do anything about, so put everything into being strong and lean. "Furthermore, looking strong was much more important for man's attractiveness than being tall or lean" I think this is somewhat limited. Women generally don't like guys who are shorter than them. So guys who are shorter than the average woman are competing for a very small subset of attractive women. Should short guys get as absolutely ripped as they possibly can? Yes, of course. /r/MensRights13/04/18 05:49 PM

What happens will depend on your genes. Someone with the right genes can eat as much as they want, and they'll never gain any weight.
/r/MensRights13/04/18 05:48 PM

I'm not misinformed. You are. Countries that disregard the bullshit about calories and just eat what they always ate have much lower obesity.

I'm curious what emaciated wreck of a human you are to think someone 183cm tall is obese at 75kg.
/r/MensRights13/04/18 02:46 PM

I don't source any of my knowledge from fat-acceptance blogs. I source it from articles I find through Google Scholar. What do you think shit is, if it's not excess calories your body didn't use?
/r/MensRights13/04/18 02:45 PM
-5

(extreme simplification) No, just completely wrong. 'Cause there's this thing called shit, and that's what happens to the excess intake. I wonder how these non-lazy, no gluttonous people become fat then. Look at the research that's being done instead of listening to the people who repeat the same bullshit about calories and you'll learn.

Then the onus is on the health care system to find better solutions. The fact of the matter is genetics plays a role in obesity. There are specific genes that have been identified that contribute either to obesity or to staying slim depending on (and sometimes regardless of) what you eat. Given that this is known, it is scientifically supported, it is completely irresponsible of medical professionals and the fitness and diet industries to continue peddling the bullshit that the only thing that m…

There are people who are fat who don't eat junk food and aren't lazy. And even if it were only because of sloth and gluttony, it's not appropriate to give someone shit just for being fat in your presence. If they bitch about why they can't get a hot guy, then roast them by all means.

Some of it is universal, other things will require some modification. TRP is about making observations, and changing your mind based on the results. someone Is this "someone" a friend or not? Presumably you have friends because they're pleasant to be around for reasons other than sex. That's not going to even be soft next territory just because they don't have sex, because you'll still be interacting with them otherwise. Moving from FWB to just friends might make sense in this case, but I think having a friend you sometimes have sex with is just making your sex life easier, as long as you don't become reliant on them for it.

What should I do next time? I’m not trying to get a charge... Learn Kino. Basically when you're sitting next to her, either touch your knee to hers, or putting your hand on your lap, brush her leg. The more important question here is why are you still with your girlfriend? Does she suck mad dick or something? If you're significantly higher SMV, they might ask you. But high SMV girls will want you to approach them. They want someone they want to want them. If she's asking you, she's either trying to make another guy jealous, or she's low value herself and realizes it.
/r/askTRP22/02/18 06:55 PM

If she's already past you, it's late. In cultures where it is expected that you greet everyone, not noticing until the last minute is very rude. Greeting everyone with earphones on is also pretty bizarre, and is also seen as antisocial behavior. Also, past a certain population it's not feasible, if you're in a city it's just silly. Nobody wants to have to say good morning 500 times on the way to work.
/r/askTRP16/02/18 02:59 PM

Why does it matter what it means? Are you afraid of being rejected? If you are, she can sense it, and it's not sexy. Yes. I've had coworkers who have very obvious changes to body composition just from focusing on the diet. But here's the thing: You have no excuse not to be active. There is always bodyweight exercises. Do them. If you don't, it means you lack discipline. /r/MensRights28/01/18 09:12 PM

Yes they are. It's continuing to gain upvotes after hitting all, that means the mainstream is getting fed up with feminist bullshit. If feminists are on the defensive being attacked, we can get on to doing what we'd do for men's issues if feminists weren't attacking us at every turn.
/r/MensRights28/01/18 09:11 PM

Look all the female producers, or singers or whatever other profession. You think those are actually feminists?
/r/MensRights28/01/18 09:06 PM
13

When feminism continues to be the largest barrier to addressing male issues, it makes sense to attack feminism and feminists. We already know what the male issues are, we know what needs to be done, and feminists get in the way. There isn't any progress to be made by not attacking feminists.
/r/MensRights28/01/18 09:05 PM

There's plenty of discussion of other topics in this sub. If they were agreed pointless issues, they wouldn't be whining about them.

No, that is not the purview of men's rights activism.
/r/MensRights28/01/18 07:28 PM

Oh, they like to pretend that male victims of rape are only raped by other men.
/r/MensRights28/01/18 07:16 PM

I'm not even a feminist, and you clearly don't understand feminism. Yes I do. It's horrible, always has been and people were hoodwinked into thinking it was something good when they parasitised the civil rights movement in the 60s. People can say there are issues in current society BEYOND law. Sure, barriers to coming out against sexual harassers is beyond law, but in that area men are still disadvantaged and women are privileged. Even your beyond law example is where men have it worse than wome…

You're conflating feminists with women and men's rights activists with men. Show me a single MRA getting in her way. I can show you feminists getting in the way of helping men.
/r/MensRights28/01/18 07:10 PM
25

That's actually a product of feminism not being implemented enough No, it's a product of feminists attacking conferences to talk about men's issues, it's a product of feminists complaining that supporting male victims of assault and rape takes away from supporting women, it's a product of feminists promoting models that present women as victims and men as aggressors.
/r/MensRights28/01/18 07:04 PM
25

I asked a simple question. What rights do men have that women don't? And you provided an example of something where women are more privileged than men. There's no equality for feminists to fight for, women already have equality, and more.
/r/MensRights28/01/18 06:58 PM
15

We wouldn't be bitching about feminism if feminists weren't actively getting in the way of us helping men.
/r/MensRights28/01/18 06:55 PM
17

Women should be able to feel empowered and have control over their own body and men should be able to express their other emotions without being told to man up or told to believe that men being raped are nonexistent. It's feminists doing this. They want to present rape as exclusively something men do to women, to the extent that they erase female victims of female rape.
/r/MensRights28/01/18 06:53 PM
44

I'd just like to point out that the vast majority of feminists in the west support men's rights issues. If that were the case we wouldn't have to fight tooth and nail for support for male victims of domestic violence and assault.

Complaining about manspreading is "women's rights" now?
/r/MensRights28/01/18 06:49 PM

It's not like manspreading is the only manifestation of feminist insanity.
/r/MensRights28/01/18 06:48 PM

I do. Feminists don't like getting called out for their disingenuity, so they will try to silence and suppress anything that does.

Feminists ran out of real problems to complain about a long time ago, so they had to keep manufacturing new ones.
/r/MensRights28/01/18 06:40 PM

Where do you get the idea that men feel comfortable coming out against people who sexually harass or assault them? That's an area that women are way ahead of men in. It's telling how feminism isn't at all focused on equality when the example you can come up with of women supposedly being disadvantaged is where they have a huge advantage.
/r/MensRights28/01/18 06:39 PM

They want women to rule. So, every step to that direction is, at least, potentially good. They're stupid though. They don't understand that when men get fed up with it, there will be a massive smackdown, and it will be centuries until women recover from it.

/r/MensRights25/01/18 10:06 PM

Military (unless they are experiencing PTSD) aren't paranoid. I said police are paranoid, not military are paranoid.
/r/MensRights25/01/18 09:01 PM

Caution is ALWAYS appropriate. That's not what your talking about though. What you are talking about is abuse of authority and being trigger happy. Caution isn't appropriate when the risk isn't there. Police aren't cautious, they're paranoid. It's like how people develop allergies when there aren't enough germs around.
/r/MensRights25/01/18 08:58 PM
1

Except that's not the military mentality. Yes, hyper-vigilance and situational awareness are a requirement in the military, but so is restraint and limits on the use of force. It is the military mentality. The difference is it's not maladaptive. When they're deployed, people are actually fixing to kill them, so the caution is appropriate. Because it's not actually the case with the police, they go off the rails.
/r/MensRights25/01/18 08:28 PM
0

I think there's something to be said for considering people who might be more prone to violence and filtering them out, and there's a very clear problem that the police have a military mentality where they see everyone else as the enemy who could kill them at any moment.
/r/MensRights25/01/18 08:23 PM

In Canada the RCMP likes ex-military while municipal police forces tend not to like them. It's the RCMP that's responsible for most of the brutality in the country. While that's just correlation, it doesn't make me feel good about them.

I think it would be definitely worth requiring all police officers to have years of experience as firefighters, paramedics and nurses. Primarily jobs where they help people. Make it illegal for anyone with a military background to work in the police (an exception might need to be made with countries with a draft, but for Canada and the US it would be a highly valuable change).
/r/MensRights25/01/18 03:12 PM

I think it could just as well be a timing thing. I grew up in Canada in a liberal-infested community, so it wouldn't be a culture thing that made it easy for me. I'd already figured out some of it myself and made some of the right decisions already. Reading up on TRP was just a matter of going "oh, so that's why". Reading it while still in a relationship might have sucked.

most people wouldn’t dare even think of striking another person. I think you might be a bit confused about cultural norms nearly a century ago. Hitting someone was completely normal then. but it would need a different scapegoat for the shame and humiliation they felt in their poverty. Why find a scapegoat to take the heat of someone who probably deserves the hate they get?

Look at what Jews are doing now. Any time you have someone saying "fellow white people" followed by how horrible whites are, it's always a Jew. I have no idea if Hitler was right about the Jews having sabotaged Germany in WW1, but a certain influential segment of Jews today are trying to do that to us now. They seem real good at making people not like them. If it were just the Nazis who hated them you could say something about rhetoric, or it being misplaced anger over the depression, but when w…

If it weren't something that needs to be developed, there wouldn't be an feminists because every woman would be getting the sex she wants. Does it make you feel better defining game exclusively as the skills men need to get laid, and then saying women have none? Where does that get you? Nowhere. Women play by different rules, they need different skills, and its those rules they have game for.
/r/TheRedPill07/01/18 04:57 PM

What you're doing is the same as what feminists do defining rape as requiring a penis penetrating a vagina, and when men get raped it's "other sexual assault: forced to penetrate". Playing a pointless semantic game isn't going to get you anywhere, especially when girls are way ahead of us in all the ways that matter. This sub wouldn't need to exist if they weren't.

You're engaging in a lot of mental gymnastics to pretend you're better at something that they're actually better at than you. That's hamstering. Results matter. And the average woman gets results that most men only dream of.
/r/TheRedPill07/01/18 04:45 PM

Girls really don't need to develop it so they have weak game. Wrong. They're girls, so they need to develop different game. It's why following advice that girls gives you is pointless. It's not that they're lying, they're saying what works for them.

This is one of the most disgusting arguments I've seen in this thread, that we shouldn't care about the boy's rights because he's not an adult yet. I really hope you're just carried away with being contrarian and not the psychopath your comment makes you look like.

Even comments not overly critical of the sub, merely suggesting a less divisive path to winning hearts and minds to the Mens Rights cause are unpopular but calling people cucks, questioning the parenting ability of lesbians is fine. We tried that decades ago. No success. Suggesting we do something we put a fucktonne of effort into and got nothing out of it is naturally not going to be received kindly.

Have you read the sidebar on the main sub? There are objective measures of what women find attractive, some are binary, some are on a scale, and they relate to the men who are around you. Learn what those factors are, assess yourself, and compare, and that gives you an idea of your SMV. If you have to ask, you're not up there.

You need to look at prediction models that are 100% accurate, and apply them, not go off your own impressions. If the Republican party gets more seats in 2018 than they have now, Trump is guaranteed re-election. If not, everything has to go right for the Democrats, including a major economic downturn for Trump to lose. With the economy the way it's going now, and overseas military success as Trump delegates to the military instead of making small decisions himself, that will continue for the 202…

Not completely true. Betsy Devos ending Title IX shit will be a significant help. We've also got colleges known for SJWism suffering from low enrolment. The solution is to read studies directly. Any time you hear about a study, and it's behind a paywall, search it on google scholar, click on all versions to get one that's accessible. Send the direct studies to other people as well. Get in the habit. Start refusing to accept articles about studies or abstracts (means you need to constrain your own arguments in the same fashion) when you're debating someone.

The cause of liberalisation is industrial progress, liberalisation isn't the cause of industrial progress. If we could some how progress industrially without the inevitable leftward shift we'd be better off. That hasn't happened yet though. Your options are other girls. Girls like being chosen. They don't like being your only choice. They want to know that you could have gotten other girls, but you picked them. So you move on. If you land some other girls, you've got a better chance with her than if you're trying to think about how to get her. Same as you have a better chance getting girls if you're chasing after money than if you're chasing after girls.

It's about comfort. Rejection sucks. Girls hate it just as much as we do. So that means we have to risk rejection. You state your interest, and then she can reject you. If you just show interest, you're moving it to her to state interest. She won't like that because now she risks being rejected, and because she's worried about looking like a slut if she's coming on to you. You make her uncomfortable. Making her feel uncomfortable is creepy.

Think about it in terms of the difference between genotype and phenotype. AWALT is genotype. Whether that expresses itself - phenotype - depends on whom she's with. Once it has expressed itself, you're going to have a harder time getting it back under the surface, so you're better off moving on to the next and not repeating the same mistake. The point with TRP, is how can you change how you are, so that you make her want to behave in a manner that is pleasant to you.

One day a week is fine. In some cases it's even better than going multiple times a week, depending on how fast your muscles recover. After you work out, you're weaker. Your body adapts while you rest, bringing you back to where you were to start, and then goes a little higher. You get a sine curve of sorts. It's reality. The common denominator in you not having any longterm friends is you. Why that is isn't clear, but she knows there's something wrong with you that you can't keep any friends.

Having a circle of friends who are successful in life, in business and relationships is to your benefit. It increases your SMV. Sure ditching all your BP friends and trying to find a new circle of RP friends can work, but it's going to look pretty weird if you haven't been friends with any of them for more than a couple years. If you've got at least several friends whom you've known for more than a decade, all of which are doing relatively well, that looks good for you. I'm pretty sure this post…

I saw UoT when it happened, it was fucked up Then why the fuck were you asking that retarded question? When we just even attempt to talk about issues, to raise awareness, to gain some contact with some people who might actually make a difference, we get opposed. And you have the audacity to ask what have we actually tried to do to address the causes? We haven't even been able to get to that point you blithering fuckwit.
/r/MensRights27/05/17 02:50 PM

You're revealing yourself to be lying about being a regular participant of this sub by asking that question. If you'd been here over 2 years, you wouldn't have to ask that question. I wouldn't mind providing multiple examples to you if you just admitted to being new. But since you're lying to me, I won't.
/r/MensRights27/05/17 02:37 PM
1

You're being disingenuous here. Every effort to do anything is opposed by feminists, in the vast majority of cases successfully. At the moment the MRM has to settle with what little headway it can make anywhere. We're not in a position to accomplish what we want in the order that we want it. We're in a position to try a bunch of things, see what sticks and continue following those options until we're in a better position to re-attempt other goals.
/r/MensRights27/05/17 02:32 PM
1

I have never seen people try to actively dismantle the systems that cause male disposability, Then you're a liar. Every attempt to dismantle anything that harms men is countered by a much more organised and well funded effort by feminists to keep everything exactly the way it is.
/r/MensRights27/05/17 02:13 PM

Sure it does. It's been a topic that has often been discussed on this sub. If you're new here, do a search and read up.

/r/MensRights26/05/17 09:41 PM

Hold frame. I'll pick when I want to actually argue about something and when I want to leave it alone, but I'll stick to my guns. Usually it turns out people who seemed to be pretty strongly left wing weren't quite so committed to it when they see someone else willing to buck the trend.
/r/askTRP26/05/17 06:54 PM
4

Wrong approach. Do a program like stronglifts. Beginners will in most cases lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Once you hit the point that you're gaining muscle and no longer losing fat, a decision to focus on just losing fat is valid, but to start out you're delaying getting strong with no payoff.
/r/askTRP23/05/17 11:20 AM
2

At some point below 10-15% bodyfat your strength drops despite having the same lean muscle mass. Why that is isn't clear, but would also explain why women don't find ripped bodybuilders attractive. They like muscle because it tells them the man is strong, once you have physical characteristics that show you're less strong than you could be it's a turn off.
/r/askTRP23/05/17 11:19 AM

Women don't care much about abs, they care about the iliac furrow. For some men it's impossible to have a defined iliac furrow without defined abs, but if you have it without there isn't a huge payoff to cutting to get washboard abs.

What? It's not controversial that the DM is a right-wing paper. Can you point me to some of these left-wing articles the DM is churning out? Anything feminist that gets complained about right here. It's not uncommon to see a post here complaining about feminist BS being peddled by the DM.

The Daily Mail has a far better track record for journalistic integrity than most outlets. It's very often the case that someone bitches about DM as a source, so the same story is just posted in a different outlet. They're almost always right. People just don't like them because they don't have an editorial bias, so they'll have printed something that will have pissed everyone off at some point. What is your goal with a shit test? Do you think you'll make yourself more attractive? Demonstrating outcome independence, that you'll just move on if you don't see her as worthwhile, might make you seem more desirable, but by the time you've shown that you've already nexted her.
/r/askTRP08/05/17 09:19 PM

It's not going to be very relevant in any practical sense, unless you're thinking about optimising your chances by moving to a different country (generally a bad idea, if you have to do this it means you're substandard and smart women will figure out how to take advantage of you). You have a certain pool of women to select from, some of them might be Indian, but you're going to be judging them based on other characteristics. Subjective attractiveness is one of them - if you tend to find them mor…

"I found a virgin girl who is an absolute freak but only for me" Oh it's real. I had one. Just... hot/crazy matrix. She was a 10 on crazy. She would deliberately speed on back roads if I didn't want her to come over to visit, implied suicide threats. She wasn't ready to directly try to kill herself, but reckless behaviour that might kill her seemed perfectly reasonable to her. Don't get too greedy, it comes at a price.
/r/askTRP24/04/17 08:20 PM
2

You shouldn't be indifferent, no. Scrutinising other aspects of her is quite the opposite. It's caring about more than just her looks. Most importantly, you want to know if she's crazy, but knowing if she's a sweetheart is also good.
/r/askTRP17/04/17 07:00 AM
7

Great, how do you do that? You're never going to stop thinking of a woman as attractive when you see her, that's biological. Don't dwell on it. Move on, start scrutinising other characteristics of her.

That's what all the other guys thought. Because you don't see any better options, you see this as your last one. You're going to want to hang on to what you have - outcome independence is no longer part of the picture - so they'll be able to get you to do what they want.

Con artists are the easiest to con. You'll think you've got it all figured out, but in the end you'll have moved back home with them, they'll have a residence permit in your country, and will divorce you in exchange for a more worthy man who doesn't need to go fishing in other countries. They're not stupid, they know what they want and how to get it. And then you'll end up depressed because if you had any better plans you would have implemented them first.
/r/askTRP02/04/17 06:51 PM

Also, isn't this the same woman that tried to divorce her husband before and he wouldn't let her even though they have been separated for over a year? No sane man would agree to a divorce if he has a choice in almost any English speaking jurisdiction (and many non-English as well).
/r/MensRights26/03/17 10:07 PM

You haven't heard of common law marriage I take it? I've been married without doing anything official or having anything resembling a wedding. I'm no longer married and never had to get a divorce either, so not everything is the same, but it can actually be nearly as bad (with the wrong woman).

/r/MensRights19/03/17 03:02 PM

Definitely shouldn't, whether it is or not depends on the jurisdiction. Even if what the repo man did was technically legal, I absolutely have no problem with the guy in question similarly doing something technically legal to protect himself.
/r/MensRights15/03/17 09:28 PM
3

I don't have a problem with the guy in question not going to jail, but we all know what false rape accusations can do. We don't need accepted mob justice being further entrenched. If a father knows for certain that someone raped his daughter, and he goes out to kill him, that's his choice, sure, but if it's premeditated he should still go to jail for it to deter lynch mobs on a rape accusation.
/r/MensRights15/03/17 09:26 PM
1

That shouldn't be legal, you should need to have a court order and the police should be present for it. Because if they repo it illegally, there's little recourse someone with no money has.
/r/MensRights15/03/17 09:22 PM

There are problems with editorializing in specific articles - some will give a pretty incomplete picture that is to a degree inaccurate, but it isn't something that carries over from one article to the next. They've never been busted with outright lying as far as I'm aware of, just if they're the only source it's pretty hard to verify yourself. With this article you can at least dig through court records to confirm it, but others it isn't clear where to start.

This is the dumbest idea ever. False accusations come because your perceived SMV caps her SMV if she has sex with you. She can erase that blemish on her record by claiming rape. If you try to lower your SMV, you will draw false accusations.

Depends on what else you could be doing with your time. Certainly early on you're better developing a strong network of male friends than putting much effort into meeting women. It's stupid, digestion can account for a variance of more than half the calories. You ingest a certain caloric content, and then you shit it out. Sometimes you may not shit much caloric content out, and sometimes your shit will still have a bunch of calories. Exactly zero models for how to factor calories into your diet take this into account, because doing so would require keeping track of all your shit and burning it in a calorimeter, but despite the high effort that requires, it doesn't justi…

Ideal sleep is 4.5 hours (for a very small minority), 6 hours, 7.5 hours or 9 hours. Not 7-9. The only way 7 works is if it takes you an hour to fall asleep, and you're actually getting 6 hours of sleep in that scheduled 7 hours. The brain runs on 90 minute cycles, so you want to sleep in multiples of 90 minutes. The advice for 8 is a bit better as that's only accounting for 30 minutes to fall asleep.

You'll have some people whose genetics line up so that when they eat less without giving it any further planning they'll lose weight, but it isn't something that works for everyone. The best thing to look for would be desire to start a family, which is great if you also want to start one. Pro-life is also a good indicator, as that means she'll put the child ahead of herself, and that means even in the event of separation or divorce she won't try to screw you over.

/r/MensRights08/07/15 02:56 PM

I disagree. I'm pretty harsh with my attacks on feminism, and the feminists I know like to say that they consider themselves humanists rather than feminists because they think that will have me not attacking them. /r/MensRights08/07/15 11:12 AM

Plenty have been quite happy to shed the label of feminism without changing one bit. There will be some die hards who just don't care, and some fake good feminists who say they don't want radicals to own the term (but in reality support them), but the rest will jump ship for convenience. Humanism is a perfect festering ground for them because they take some rather irrational feel good positions, atheism was more resistant because on a fundamental level it is rational.

He doesn't understand that it's women who make ballet a hostile environment for straight men. Source: Was a boy who did ballet. We all quit when we hit puberty, and it was not because of outside harassment. None of the guys in high school ever gave me, or anyone else, shit for it - they thought it was cool that we could do standing splits or stand on the tips of our toes (as opposed to balls of feet) without toe shoes.

Not at the moment. Authoritarianism has shifted from the right to the left. It'll shift again once the right gains power, but then you just move back left.

FRs in this sub demonstrate otherwise. If you lift and move your SMV up, girls who wouldn't touch you before are willing to fuck you regardless of your history.
/r/TheRedPill14/06/15 12:00 PM
1

The difference is it's not mainstream. I'm comparing to Canada in general and Vancouver in specific, where it's actually pretty bad. In everyday life it's not noticeable, and you won't have anyone screaming false equivalence or some other BS if you point out that something is sexist towards men. Women are not required to do military or civilian substitute service. That's OK, makes the military a safe space from women, and a number of jobs are only open to those who have completed RS.
/r/MensRights14/06/15 12:48 AM
3

You could fix that if you upgrade your SMV as you're going. If you're fat yourself and going to the gym, then a lower SMV girl won't kill your chances with an HB once you get ripped yourself.

Not being a virgin has merit, they don't want to fuck a virgin, but if you've got too many ugly girls you're fucking, she'll be wary of you as fucking you will essentially downgrade her.
/r/TheRedPill13/06/15 04:14 PM

this guy gets it. I am tired of such beta advices on TRP. There's some merit in it. If you're really picky and not getting laid, you're setting your standards too high. So while I wouldn't advocate fucking a fat chick, if there's a girl who's worked out to get a decent body but she's got a homely face, then sure, go for her to get started. Anyone with a >1.0 waist to hip ratio stay away from, but <0.9, while still a little bit fat is workable.

Well right-wing nowadays just means not accepting left-wing narrative lies And if you don't accept those lies, you'll tend not to vote for parties pushing those lies, thereby only having the option to vote for right wing parties (in most countries), and if you're voting for right wing parties, you're right wing in all the ways that matter.

/r/TheRedPill08/06/15 06:49 AM

http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/BF00212838 Also to some extent, but not the same extent as beer (most likely, I've only seen it compared directly with wine so far). There's lots of reasons not to drink too much alcohol, this is one of them.
/r/TheRedPill08/06/15 06:49 AM
1

The problems with soy aren't as pronounced in tofu, but they're still there to an extent. And given all the other alcoholic beverages to drink, just based on the possibility it makes sense to drink wine/whiskey/etc instead of beer. And, as it turns out, beer does increase estradiol (as does wine, but not to the same extent).

So we've got fast beer drinkers having a decrease in T, and everyone except fast beer drinkers having a decrease in DHT. Both fast and slow beer and wine drinkers experienced a massive spike in estradiol. Also mentioned from other studies: Increased E2 levels have only been observed in men (both with/without cirrhosis) with a history of chronic alcohol abuse. Beer also increases E2 levels 24% more than wine. General conclusion I'd draw is that drinking beer occasionally isn't a problem, but drin…

In other words, they used a yeast that has the estrogen receptor and measured it's reactivity to estrogens. That's the wrong way to do it. The right way is to test hormone levels in men drinking a certain amount of beer and see if it changes.

Usually there's an age difference clause too, so as long as you're within 2 years age of the person it's not statutory rape either (unless you're also a teacher or otherwise in a position of trust or authority).

IDF and YPJ figured a way to do it. If you're going to start from scratch you can develop separate programs for women that don't involve them being expected to throw grenades or carrying 60kg of gear.

You didn't quote me citing the survey, I never cited it for any argument. I just said you were stupid and a woman.
/r/TheRedPill03/06/15 07:04 PM

And you cited a survey of women to support your point. That the irony isn't killing you shows you are a woman.
/r/TheRedPill03/06/15 06:48 PM

No, you used it in support of your argument. That's pretty clear. You're saying that there's a 70% chance that someone claiming to be a virgin is lying, based on that survey.
/r/TheRedPill03/06/15 06:35 PM
1

You're stupid because you provided a survey of women to support your argument.
/r/TheRedPill03/06/15 06:15 PM

In that case, you still want (relatively) long relationships, with a track record of topping out at around 6 months, which is usually the longest a guy is willing to stick with a girl who won't put out.
/r/TheRedPill03/06/15 05:46 PM
1

Irrelevant. If that's your angle, you were stupid to cite the survey in the first place.
/r/TheRedPill03/06/15 05:16 PM

If you're not going to believe they're honest, why bring up their survey in support of your argument? That's just being stupid.

Statutory rape is sex with a power and maturity differential. Rape is sex when you know the other person doesn't want it and you do it anyway. Brutal rape is for when rape is done brutally. That's why we have adjectives.
/r/PussyPass03/06/15 02:04 PM

I'd think "Sex with a minor" would be an appropriate term for this. We already have a term for it; "statutory rape"

she had 40 boyfriends, that would be worse that's like 4 per year if you started dating at 11. I knew a girl in high school who had 3 boyfriends in 1 day. Broke up in the morning, dating another guy at lunch, broke up with him, and with #3 after school. At that rate she unsurprisingly asked me out a few weeks later. I turned her down.
/r/TheRedPill03/06/15 09:51 AM

I wouldn't look at # of partners, rather length of relationships. If they're short they're skipping from one to the other. If they're long it suggests they're putting an honest effort into making a relationship work - if they aren't, you've lost before you've begun.

/r/MensRights02/06/15 08:57 AM

I would simply argue it is preposterous logically using math: This is great for people who want the statistic to be wrong, they'll be incredibly happy to listen. It's not very useful at all with someone who wants to be indignant. If you're dealing with the latter, it's only useful to present facts and logic for an audience.

Paul's ego meant that they abandoned a winning tactic, for a losing one. As soon as men start attacking feminism, SJW's just trot out the crying women and it's all over. You're mistaken. Since AVFM used their tactics, MR has been gaining ground, and feminism has been losing it much more quickly. That's a net win for MR regardless. /r/TheRedPill26/05/15 02:13 PM

So with this in mind, MRA's make the mistake of trying to make emotional (ego) driven arguments to try and get society to help deal with their problems and issues. This is like trying to emotionally appeal to a sociopath, who is physically unable to care. Men can literally blow their brains out on the steps of Congress[5] , and the best you'll ever get is a collective "meh" AVFM recognised this well before GG and went from trying to appeal to people to care about men to attacking feminism. i doubt being questioned actually feels like being "raped all over again," Only someone who has never been raped could make this claim and honestly believe it. The frequency with which it is made is indicative of how infrequent rape actually is.
/r/MensRights23/05/15 01:04 PM

The really nasty thing for black men is they went from being targets for false rape accusations, to being included in all men being targets for false rape accusations. They never caught a break.

Though I personally prefer alpha, beta, omega, that's not current RP usage and you have to "speak the language of the tribe" to communicate. Same, I always think about it in the way Venkat Rao explained it in status illegibility.
/r/TheRedPill22/05/15 08:06 PM

Interesting parallel here with India, there was only outrage when lower caste men raped higher caste women. When it was higher caste men raping or assaulting lower caste women, nobody cared. That trend seems to be global with feminism. They care less about whether the rape is real than if it supposedly happened to a rich woman.
/r/MensRights20/05/15 11:21 AM

Serious question: is there anything stopping them from doing this? No pay off from it. They've already gained a lot of brand loyalty from their response as is, given no other company is standing up to SJWs like this (maybe Stardock), they can't really increase their popularity among a certain demographic. They'll still get some ROI from running ads elsewhere in the world, but doing another run in London would be pointless.

Yeah, she's like Ashe Schow but with a better writing style. Schow is dry and to the point, just the facts, Timpf is enjoying to read along with the facts she delivers.

And that's why most successful people are men. Those who had to push to overcome an artificial barrier can't be anything but more competent than those who didn't.

That can be an advantage. As long as you can wrap your head around it, a job you're not passionate about and just treat as a source of income can be better than one you really like, as you won't make emotional decisions.
/r/askTRP14/04/15 10:04 AM

That could make sense, as long as there is a shortage of accountants and the degree can be finished quick enough for you to take advantage of the shortage while it still exists. There's a problem right now with pharmacy, there was a shortage, but the increase in pharmacy programs and graduates means that there is now a surplus, so a bunch of people are graduating with huge debt and no certainty that they'll get a job, even though it seemed certain when they started the program. Taking up a trade…

You have it backwards. Long arms will give you the best numbers as they're most advantageous for the deadlift, which is where your biggest numbers will come from. Bench press only competitions are there so T-Rexes have a chance to win.

There isn't really such a thing as a more useful degree, they're all more or less useless these days, and are certainly not worth it if you need to go into debt to pay for them. Learning a trade, like plumber or electrician would be worth it, don't have to go into deep debt for it and you can earn good money with it.

Weights lifted aren't purely indicative of strength. Torso, arm and leg length will affect the leverage. You can't predict size based 3 numbers. You're a perfect example of the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Pick up a sport you like. You seem to regret not having done that before, so correct that. Moping about the past that you can't fix doesn't help, but fixing what you can does. Depending on what your current job is, learn a new skill. You can teach yourself how to program for free, and it might actually earn you a salary higher than what you're making now. It doesn't have to be programming, but if you're stuck with job prospects with your current skills, acquiring new ones is the only fix.
/r/askTRP12/04/15 11:57 AM

At your age right now your value is shit, it'll come later - if you can earn good money, and passing your university entrance exams increases your options for exactly that. I would disagree with that, the main triggering force is the ZQ incident, which basically set everything ablaze that has been brewering for ages The triggering force was trying to claim it was misogyny and engaging in censorship because of that. Claiming something mundane is misogyny is feminism.

They're positive yes, they're not female qualities. That doesn't make them negative when women have them, anymore than a beard becomes bad when a woman has one, but a beard is still a male physical characteristic, and breasts are female physical characteristics even if a man has them. Yes, in both directions. If you try the conventional methods of debunking it, they can make excuses. It's that male-oriented spaces are essential, and one of the few available to those who are not athletic or socially adept is gaming It's not particularly suited to it by its nature though. Sure, male oriented spaces are essential, but gaming isn't the solution to that. It's not the political baggage, it's based on a false premise. It's gamers defending their territory, female as well. If you look at fighting games, DoA and SC have far more female players up to the professional E-Sports level and down to the most casual level (my ex who liked games like Kirby and A Boy and his Blob was also a fan of DoA), and those are the games most under attack by feminists. Female gamers are having the games they love attacked just as much as male gamers are.

One, men are not able to intuitively grasp what women find attractive, unless, perhaps, if they are gay. Two, just as with women, physical appearance determines initial attraction, there are characteristics that are not immediately visible that will make someone more attractive.

Linda added: “Some men have been told that because they are abused there is a possibility they will become abusers too. “This can be extremely debilitating for them and it can be a barrier for some men to come forward. “I recall one male survivor from Coventry who had rang our helpline to say he had been raped as a child. “He had two daughters and he said he had never cuddled them because he had heard this rumour and was concerned he too would become a perpetrator even though he’d never had the …

Women are attracted to markers of high attractiveness, among those are broad shoulders. Natural alphas have naturally high T, so they naturally have broad shoulders. The rest of us have to lift to get there. It's also quite feasible to get a sufficient body doing things other than lifting - such as a sport, but lifting is very well studied and is a fast and direct path to the goal.

And the thing is, they might have 90% of the idea, but get something wrong, I think possibly because they're getting trolled. It's funny to tell someone the truth mostly and change one detail deliberately, have them do a cursory fact check and see it seems right and then go on believing something is wrong. Good sex ed could actually help that, but I've seen the results of bad sex ed as well. I had a 9th grader who thought "rape" and "fuck" were interchangeable, likely because of the feminist eve…

Are you seriously suggesting that Russia will attack us with nuclear force in the next 20 years? I'm not saying Russia will attack the US, I'm saying Russia did attack the Ukraine when the exact same argument was being made that the draft wasn't a credible issue. And really, if that were true, why not abolish selective service? The fact that it's still around means the government believes they may have to institute the draft again, and men are committing their bodies to be used in wars. The cust…

It can't be the Selective Service, because for the Selective Service to discriminate against the modern American men, there would have to be a credible threat of a draft while he is still in fighting range, which would be a max of 22 years. You can be jailed for not signing up for Selective Service, and the US has demonstrated it's quite terrible at determining what a credible threat is and isn't. The same argument was made in the Ukraine a year before Russia started its invasion. And it's unden…

It's not gender norms that hold people back, it's laws. Women aren't held back from anything they're physically capable of doing, and even then they're often given special treatment. Men on the other hand are unable to do certain things not because of gender norms but because of laws that discriminate against them. Supporting the idea that societal gender norms are what harm men, and not discriminatory laws pushed by feminists, actually harms men. It leads to the false belief held by feminists t…

I don't care about hypotheticals, I care about reality. There are no rights men have that women don't while there are rights women have that men don't. It's very simple. From there, the men already have worse quality of rights on the rights they lack. It gets worse when you consider that ostensibly gender neutral legislation consistently gets applied in women's favour and against men.
/r/MensRights24/02/15 01:49 AM

It is significant. At a base level, women have more rights than men. It's an indisputable fact, it needs to be accepted by anyone who wants a shred of credibility, and it seriously casts into question the entirety of patriarchy theory, which is why feminists are so incredibly desperate to draw attention away from it - it exposes their lies.

The fact that women even verbalize that kind of threat is just unsettling in itself. They know how stacked things are in their favour. Part of the reason a lot of women are MRAs and want nothing to do with feminism. They actually checked their privilege and realised they came out ahead.

On facebook it's better to just post your own stuff in response. It might seem passive aggressive, but it will slowly change what others post. OK, makes sense in theory, doesn't work like that in practice. Here's the thing, people don't care much about men's issues. You get significant hate for being an MRA, but not for being an anti-feminist. If you try to bring to light men's issues, people literally get disgusted with you. If you just let, as Karen did, the feminists make asses of themselves, you sway more people.
