Anytime! It’s hard and there will be hard times ahead but everyone says it’s gets better and honestly it does. She’s still there in the back of my mind at times but i look back a year, 6 months etc and i can see how much better I get and how much less I think of her/us. That’s what keeps me going and it’s almost addictive. Good luck

Just don’t, don’t be her second choice, this happened to me pretty much same story, I foolishly believed she wanted to reconcile and it wasn’t until after we ‘got back together’ that the truth came out. Lockdown I thought was the best thing ever as we spent so much time again together and for a while it was amazing, arguably the best in our relationship, until it wasn’t. I wish I could go back and tell myself to run and never look back, but I can’t, atlesst I go out with the knowledge that I did…

Honestly, marriage is dead it’s an old institution that makes no sense in todays world. Like others have said you never think divorce will happen to you but it can and it probably will! You can have everything and love them as hard and as much as you can but there’s no guarantee that they feel the same, despite what they say. I was convinced we’d would never split up, she loved bombed me for 14 years and that puts you into a false sense of security, then one day boom, they don’t love you anymore…
