In any high school they call it men's and women's ____ sport - there are cases of women trying out for football and men for field hockey, etc. I'm not going to give you my personal information...but I don't know why I would lie about such a specific thing. The only way that one team is "taking" another's is that they have to split it with another team. Clearly in that case no one is making the school money. At the university level, if money that is made from men's football goes toward the athletic department, which in turn goes toward men's baseball, is that okay? People commonly confuse Title IX with being synonymous with sports, but that isn't the case. For sports, Title IX just requires that there be an equal number of opportunities for men and women. Within a few hours of this announcement, she completely changed and has been threatening that I'll never see or have custody of the child. I didn't discourage anything, the only thing I said is if they aren't married the father does not have legal custody. Where are you interpreting this from and how the fuck would anything I say be an official position of the DCF.
