Not married or in a serious relationship, but I do not think mgtow men should not be scared of commitment. Notice I said commitment and not marriage. I do not see an issue cohabiting, as long terms are appropriate. That doesn't mean signing your life away to marriage laws and giving every bit of leverage to a woman. Protect yourself, but do not deny the things you are capable of. We as men are capable of doing many things. Good things. I feel it would be an injustice to not do those things to th…

I think both parties are being too dependent. You guys should be doing things together because you enjoy it, not because that's what we are "supposed" to do. It's easy to get in a routine of doing things. Monday night is a nice dinner, friday is bowling, etc... Really, it even sounds like your sex is routine. Take a step back and support the other person on making themselves happy. Empower them, root for them, and be there for them. After all, thats who you are dating. You want them to be happy,…

I used to work at a service station where I would see between 50-100 customer cars a day. I would joke with my coworkers because the general trend I saw was always, "the prettier the girl, the dirtier the car." Personally, I consider it off putting when someone can't respect the value of their property.

What resources, in real life, would you urge a man who is trying to live this lifestyle to use? What places to hang out, what type of jobs to get, etc...

Your own opinion should matter more than anyone else's. It is a shame so many people feel validated by getting married because society tells them to. They are just living a lie if they give into this because of pressure. But I agree, that is the world we live in. I personally would rather be alone for the rest of my life, than to marry some busted girl. At least I could look at myself in the mirror every morning.

Man, I absolutely hate seeing things like this. Not because it was a failed relationship, but because he was so emotionally invested in her. You cant blame the guy for acting this way. Everything a young man see's in today's society told him to act this way. He was only doing what he thought was right. I think many guys here have been in some of the same situations or similar. Very few of us figured out the extreme level of unsucessfullness in relationships by intuition. Something probably happe…

I agree then possibly try to validate it with saying something like this: "You never did know how to show a real woman appropriate attention.", insist you are gay, or some other bull shit validating technique. Either way she will see IT AS A REFLECTION OF A NEGATIVE CHARACTER TRAIT IN YOU.

I came through there for a concert and can attest to this. I consider moving there sometimes.

This is me. I swear i've heard those exact words before. It seems like the girl always assumes the guy is playing her, or cheating on her. The majority of the time I was just busy working, hanging out with friends, playing sports, or something. I always spread out where i placed my time, and was never dependent on just one thing. Just because he's not excessively dependent on you doesn't mean hes playing you.

I see a lot of men using a woman approval to base their value of themselves. When that doesnt work they step to advice of a few wise people who say to improve themselves or as you word it, "live your life for your own self-interest." People all have different ideas on what improving themselves or living for their own self interest means. Some people will go work out and focus on their career, but there are many ways. Well the majority of the other ways guys are told to focus on are just as toxic…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
