Maybe.. A 60yr old that's never read a book will have minimal knowledge compared to a 20yr that's read 2 books. What if a person reads 2 books a yr on a subject from age 20, at 25 he will have the knowledge of 10 books at 50 he'll have the knowledge of 60 books. Obviously he will know more at 50.
