There's a potential that if you're mixed every little thing can be an excuse for you not being "one of us" on either side (depending on an individual's community). "Not black enough" on one side "no matter how many white friends you make you'll never be one of them" on the other.

Let's say I agree outright. Isn't sleeping with other without having a discussion at all still a major breach of trust? I'm not personally opposed to the idea but I'm not gonna be ok if my partner decides to start living that lifestyle without making sure I'm part of the discussion. Unless we discussed otherwise, I still have reason to assume some level of monogamy.

Honestly apart from my social issues I ended up testing a cut or two above average on my ACT even after mom hit a brick wall. (Too bad colleges conveniently don't like putting homeschoolers and scholarships together....)
