I don't know why you are holding up some moldy philosopher as the pinnacle of wisdom, when he is proposing a false dichotomy and black/white thinking. It isn't marriage vs. no marriage, there are many other ways to relate to the opposite sex.

I doubt the majority of guys who buy that magazine are jerking to it. If they want gay porn it is found on the internet easily. Here is the real reason: when losers buy a magazine instead of working out, they feel like they are doing something. They pay a few dollars to feel good about themselves. Getting fit is simple, but it isn't easy. Any jackass can fire up his computer and learn the information, though some can't even be bothered to do that. You need self-discipline and planning skills to …

Just suck it up, look them in the eye, and tell them you're still looking for the right girl to cherish forever, make her your special princess and mother to your children. Betas can't believe that a man wouldn't really want that, after all there is no other option for betas, so you can lie all you want.

This isn't necessarily true, all your siblings have the same DNA as you.

Alec Baldwin's character in the movie "The Departed" sums it up perfectly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAReS2JnJ18 Personally I feel this is the way the older generation saw things. You worked for 1 company for life, and marriage was seen as making you a more stable company man. The up and coming generations skip jobs all the time, and will not see marriage as so important. I'm 41 and never married, I knew it was a scam even before I took TRP. I've only been hassled about it once by an older…

I wasn't an alpha by any means, but I understood what it meant to be alpha - so I'd say I was somewhere inbetween. This "partial alpha" thing is a pernicious and false idea that pops up frequently in newbs. It goes by many names, "Sigma", "higher beta", "soft alpha", "co-alpha", etc. A self-aware beta is still a beta, and if you just became self-aware enough to know you are beta, there are still big realizations ahead. Knowing you are BP doesn't matter unless you take action.

I have 2 chihuahuas. They belonged to my grandmother who was an insane Russian woman even before she got Alzheimer's disease. She left them to me in her will because she knew I was the only person in her family who would take care of them and not fuck it up. She also left me 750,000 dollars for their "room and board", I shit you not, that's what it said in the will. The other grand kids got nothing. I have probably spent $5000 on these dogs since I got them 6 years ago. I also have a big fucking…

When I was in doctor school I rotated at an Indian reservation. They were routinely putting birth control implants into 10 year olds to prevent them getting pregnant. Frequently the father is not some kid from school, but one of their own family members.

This is already happening, when I used Tinder some of my "matches" asked me within 5 seconds to meet them at this club or that event.

It's the halo effect. On Tinder, all you are is a pic. HB9 sees your 10/10 pic and simply assumes you have game, personality, income, lifestyle to match. You can set up a meet based on your pic, but that alone won't get you to the finish line.

Some strong advice in this post. It should be a skill you work on, but be careful about eating pussy. Some girls don't like it because they worry it smells bad, they are self conscious about the appearance of their pussy, or they feel it obligates them to blow you when they don't want to. They are never going to cum if they have stuff like that on their mind while you are chowing down and thinking you are a sex superstar. Some ethnic groups also look down on pussy eating; they think you are what…

95 out of 100 times you can get away with talking crazy talk like that, even if the other man is bigger and stronger. If you're a built former US Marine with crazy eyes and 2 equally large friends, 99 times out of 100 the other man will back down. Most sane people know it isn't worth risking a potential lifetime of injury and pain just to save face or impress a girl. Then comes those few times you try it on someone who actually is crazy - they pull a knife or gun, or sneak up on you with a baseb…

Keep at it my friend. If you eat a high protein, high calorie diet and sleep 8 hrs every night, that number will shoot up faster than you would believe.

In my book, any guy who comes to the gym to lift a barbell is automatically not a pussy, he's a man who deserves respect for rising above his beta tendencies. I remember the first time I tried, I could barely squat 135x1. If someone had called me a pussy that day, I would have quit and never come back. Can you agree we shouldn't shame men who are trying to improve themselves? I'd really like to see you stop doing that. It doesn't help anyone and it hurts this community as a whole. I'm a physicia…

Steroids do not increase your own testosterone, they drop it to 0. Then when you stop injecting the steroids (if you even can, because now you depend on them for your size and strength), you have to take more drugs to recover your own testosterone production and fertility. Which may "work", or it may not, in which case you will have to inject testosterone for the rest of your life just to have a normal level. The younger you are, the greater the chance this will happen to you. The health risks o…

Don't make the mistake like GayLubeOil of injecting yourself with a bunch of Trenbolone and other poorly studied compounds, lifting a bunch of weights, then calling yourself "fit" and passing yourself off as a fitness expert. Can you run a 5K without puking your guts? Fight off an attacker? Climb a rock? Hike all day? Can you get through a beginner's yoga class without rupturing something? Can you walk a balance beam and not fall on your head? If no, are you truly fit? Only you, as a man, can de…

The only fetish that I think is incompatible with TRP is female domination, pegging, that sort of thing. If you ask your girl to do that for you, she will probably lose respect for you unless your frame is otherwise impeccable. If you are a foot fetishist, then you will be until your dying day. There is nothing you can do about it except live a lie, so you might as well enjoy it, and find some plates who like their feet worshipped. Make sure you maintain a dominant frame. Just be glad you aren't…

I don't know what you were told about your ethnicity, non Asian racial minorities are heavily favored in the med school admission process. The deck is stacked against whites, Asians, and Indians. Unless you are black or Native American, A 27 or 28 on the MCAT would work against you, you need a 30 or 32 to be competitive (or at least that's what it was when I applied several years ago). I'm white and I got a 35. I understand the MCAT is different now and they have a different scoring system.

Took night classes at a community college to get my science pre-reqs. Studied hard for the MCAT and got a 99th percentile score. Applied broadly. I have a significant amount of interesting life experience that got me a lot of interest in my application. What they don't tell you is that a lot of medical students are immature and neurotic kids, whose only life experience is doing well in school and thinking they are smarter and better than everyone else. Med schools love anyone who doesn't fit tha…

Are you actually a MD, or do you have a PhD in any field?
/r/TheRedPill13/06/16 05:05 PM

I went to medical school and got my MD at age 40. Granted, I wasn't a fuckup or a loser before then, I just felt like taking my education and career to the next level. If you are always working and improving, you don't get older -- you get better.

In 3 months I've lost over 20 pounds and added 50lbs to my bench and squat. All by using information I found on the internet for free, and a few hundred bucks of weight training equipment I bought off Craigslist. Also, I am in my 40's, I'm probably twice the age of those betas. I have creaky joints and a bad back, and I get tired easily, but I don't let that stop me. Need to lose some body fat and gain some muscle, but I think I have a real chance to get there in less than a year, if I work hard…

It's interesting listening to these betas vocalize their inner monologue. Instead of saying "hey maybe I should learn nutrition and weight training, so I can look better like these celebrities I look up to", they come up with a million bullshit excuses why they can't or shouldn't. Chris Pratt is my role model when it comes to fitness. Look at what that guy did, it's awesome. He got some crazy face gains as well. He even posted gym selfies so you can see what he really looks like without the movi…

I second PIA.. if you configure it right, you can also privatize your BitTorrent traffic. No more annoying letters from the ISP about what you downloaded. The letters get sent to PIA in The Netherlands, who trashes them for you. For $40/yr it's worth it

Yes, there are millions of men on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in the US. It just isn't talked about very much because of the stigma. If you are over 35 and don't want any more kids, you can get on TRT if your testosterone is low. First, you should try to get in shape, reduce body fat to healthy levels and workout regularly, this may restore your testosterone level to normal. Assuming it is actually low. A lot of guys have fatigue and they aren't getting gains in the gym, so their mind…

If that is your goal, do it the legal route from your doctor and get TRT. It will be way cheaper if you have health insurance, and of course you have your doctor watching out for you. There are many health-related pitfalls when it comes to anabolics. If you start using anabolics without a strong knowledge base, or someone with a strong knowledge base on your side, you can really mess yourself up. A lot of guys get it from their bro at the gym, who really doesn't know anything, and they end up me…

Be careful your labs don't use different units. The units for US labs are nanograms/deciliter.

Once you've already been on the injections for a while, your body loses the ability to make its own testosterone, permanently. You can either stay on shots for the rest of your life, which is actually really cheap. Pharm testosterone is about $40 for a 5 month supply without insurance, then needles are a little more. Or you can live the life of a low T male with all the problems that come with it.

Those faucet mount and pitcher filters you can buy remove almost all the pharmaceuticals from the water. Whether are not there are enough female hormones in the water to have an effect on male physiology is a fascinating subject.

I used to be Big Brother to a 16 year old kid from that area of the world. (We weren't even sure he was 16 because they don't celebrate their birthdays in that part of the world, and because of the war there was no record keeping. I figured he was 18-20, but they claimed 16 to get access to school and social services.) His mom and dad were totally uneducated, incapable of learning English, and seemed nice but borderline retarded. The kid himself was pretty smart, picked up conversational English…

200x5 on BP is solid intermediate level. Squatting and DL is hard when you're so tall, so your lifts will always be less than shorter guys at the same weight.

200lb 5x5 lifts for deadlift, squat and bench. Not to rip on you, but that's not very much, especially for a 6'3 guy. What's really happening here is you got some beginner gains, you look like you know what you're doing in the gym, and now it's making you more confident. Nobody wears a muscle shirt at the gym unless they are confident. That's what's attracting people, not your body.
