Sitting on cash with the currrent upcoming inflation is the worst you can do. Yes stocks are mostly overvalued but there is no alternative. There are still stocks that aren't massively overvalued. It requires research but its possible. Crypto is a very very high risk asset. Could it work and make you rich? Yes. Would I bet my retirement on it? No! Crypto makes 4% of my portfolio.

It always depends on how much time you want to invest. If you don't really care about constantly assess the financial markets. A wide spread ETF long term (15+ Years) is a good way to go. I'd say do what works for you. All Diets have the same basis which is: Calories in < Calories out. So Keto, low carb, intermitting fasting,... all work because the above statement is true for loosing weight. Now most of these diets take out a certain type of food. This isn't necessary healthy but if it's easier for you to stay constistent, then do it. Otherwise I recommend just counting calories. Can't help you for phones or Tablets, but on PC there are several tools you can use. Most people use OBS, it's free open source. There are plenty of tutorials out there on how to set it up. If your PC already has a somewhat newer AMD or Nvidia you could also use the software that comes with these. "Adrenaline" for AMD and "Geforce Experience" for Nvidia. Good Luck.

Basically yes. Later (4-7 years) when bonds and commodities become cheaper you also want to increase the size in that. So when the next crash happens you can sell those and buy stocks again. I would recommend you to set up a nextcloud on a raspberry pi or a different device that you will always be on at your apartment. It will work just like drobbox/ondrive/googledrive....
