1	How do you respond to the "I have a boyfriend" without using the same old "well he's a lucky man"? You're right... if they actually do have a significant other then move on. Make a joke out of it and then get back to the conversation. Either that or I will be completely unaffected and act as if I never heard it. Just continue the conversation because often times they will randomly say it when you are mid sentence in a conversation which in my opinion is a bit rude.
