Any scientific evidence for this?

This is the only study I know that has come to this conclusion: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12659241 Unfortunately the Chinese are notorious for faking data. The mere fact that no other study has delivered such results leads me to believe that it is not trustworthy.

Only a single study has come to this conclusion and it's Chinese. They are notorious for faking data.

Could be tendons rubbing against bone. At least that's what I suspect happens to me. The feeling I get is similar to what you described.

That's messed up man. Only other thing I can think of is rigorous endurance training. If that doesn't help I too would consider having a doctor prescribe testosterone supplements. If you go that route though you need to be aware of the fact that once you start taking that stuff you will probably have to take it for the rest of your life as it will suppress even the little testosterone production your body has.

Did you also have your blood checked for any nutritional deficits? A zinc deficiency can cause low testosterone. Try taking daily zinc supplements. It can't hurt unless you take massive doses and might well improve your testosterone levels.

What women often don't seem to understand is that confidence is a skill you have to work on. They see confidence as an exclusively male trait while this obviously is not the case. Confidence is something we have to find in ourselves.

Dude you effed up the caption a bit. Please do fix it. You're making the rest of us look bad. Otherwise good post. A+. Love the estrogen/menstrual references.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
