FWIW I read MGTOW content to stay motivated and red-pilled when I feel down about something. Lots of good motivational comments in here. And it did really open my eyes to some aspects of women. Divorce rape and #metoo are truly problematic themes just to name some extremes. I still date and do consider LTR an option, but going into it with a different perspective. There probably was a whole lot of emotional manipulation involved. You know, people do the weirdest things for love. Everybody is different, we don't know this guys history or personality. People can become dependent on others over a lot smaller things than love.
