Globalism in reality serves American interests primarily, and in that sense is really American nationalism to those with a trained eye that can read between the lines. Regarding the vasectomy advice, I think this is beneficial advice for the individual, but negative for society. The young man living in a shit society now may someday be an older man who should spread his seed in a more balanced future.
