0	Waitress gave me her number without my asking for it... a few back and forth texts, and then a blow off? I think texting is the way to go in this situation, but don't ask about her schedule. Find something cool and interesting happening in your area on a specific night, at a specific time. See if she can make that. If not, banter back and forth and ask again the following week (2 attempts in the same week is bad form) but on a different day.
