2	Male privilege Why is it so shocking to people that each sex has its own set of problems, setbacks, and difficulties? Men are more likely to commit suicide, but women are less likely to get promoted at work and are generally paid less at similar skill levels. I'd like both sets of problems to be addressed, not for us to sit around and belittle straw-women. Feminist theory attribute men's problems to the patriarchy too. And if we accept the premise that performing medically needless, irreversible, surgery on children (people too young to make the decision for themselves, people that rely on adults for protection) is wrong, then it makes no sense to give that legal protection only to non-Jewish children.
