After CPS did their initial evaluation and scheduled parenting classes for her. They superceeded our custody agreement and split custody between the two of us. So I have him wed-sat & then she gets sat-Wednesday before school. I spoke with my lawyer today & was told that I have to take my son over but only when the CPS worker is there, I don't have to give up the rest of the time.
