That’s tough. I assume you’ve read 1 Corinthians 7? [12] To the rest I say (I, not the Lord) that if any brother has a wife who is an unbeliever, and she consents to live with him, he should not divorce her. [15] But if the unbelieving partner separates, let it be so. In such cases the brother or sister is not enslaved. God has called you to peace. Hey similar here, mine did dishes, laundry and vacuuming once a month! Cooking, dusting, bathrooms, mopping, tidying the CLUTTER EVERYWHERE? Nope. Also she didn't work and we had no kids or pets.

This is the first post on here that I resonate 100% with, from your first marriage to your view of potential second marriage. Currently separated from my emotional black hole of a wife and trying to work things out, but she is spiraling back into all the reasons we broke up. Constant accusations of neglect no matter how much I message or call her, tell her I love her, cook for her etc etc. I’m only as good as my last good deed. I want to find a woman that wants me but doesn’t need me.

No kids, abusive ex wife. You can bet your ass I’m celebrating once it’s over.

You could do the math and determine exactly whether you are overpaying or not. She is only entitled to half the increase in the equity of the home from the date of marriage, but she's also entitled to half of your 401k contributions (less half of hers), and half the possessions. Then determine if that money is worth pissing her off and having her not be reasonable about possessions and custody. You should consider whether she might later disagree with the custody split. You don't want to both ov…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
