TBH, its not mainly the medical staff. Its all the ancillary staff..... the canteen workers, the floor cleaners, the office staff etc etc. When I've seen stats that break it down, usually the medical staff are well over 99% vaccinated, and its the ancillary workers at 95%. Facebook accidentally deleted all their DNS routing. Every mod only contributes as much time as they want to. The *minimum* level of computer savviness required is roughly equivalent to "being able to write a comment on reddit". There is some higher skilled tech work, but thats only a tiny bit of it and we've already got several mods who can do that, so no one else needs to. You need to be able to work a PC well enough to say "Be Civil", more or less.

Although I'd also add to MsD's reply that we also have a few mods who are only "partially active", who contribute here and there but not in a sustained way like our active mods. Our most active mods are 3 M/ 2 F.... but these semi-active mods are 0 M/ 3 F... and if you added all the mod actions taken by those partially active mods together they add up to (almost) another active F mod. So we're pretty well balanced sex wise at the moment.

Yes, because its very common to use a word like contract in that possessive sense. There are lots of things like it's clauses, benefits, costs, rules, dozens of other words.... that are more commonly used in conjunction with it that make *'s* a very common way of ending that word. You're guessing way too high. The number of women who have more than 15 partners and are aged 24-29 is roughly around 10-15% .... and that includes a lot of older women (say 40-45) who have had a lot longer time to rack up that amount. Thats 10% as the reported number, and going up to 15% assuming some lying going on (which appears with women to be relatively constant as reporting about 2/3rds of their true count, as revealed by the male average).

It might be "in your friend group", because sub-populations can be very far off the whole population average. But, no, 10 or 15 is not a common number. Only about 10% of women and 20% of men have an N count "15 or higher". I’d use the word “atavistic” rather than “irrational”. It’s a deep seated instinctive fear that comes with the “default settings” on a female human. Like fears of snakes, spiders and heights are more generally. Things we have inbuilt genetic fear of due to our evolutionary past.
