the new dose is way better I get tested again in NOV so well see. the symptoms are mostly gone and the gym is better too. and yeah had I couldn't get it up at all and thats what prompted the initial visit. but thats gone now and I am a lot more aggressive in a good way.

The camera captures you and your body language. People are really good at reading body language and if you are uncomfortable in front of the camera it will show in the photos. The pro photographer is good at angles etc but mostly good at getting you comfortable in front of the camera.

500 is cheap if the photographer is good. Peter Hurley sessions start around 1500. You get what you pay for to a point. The shot isn't what you pay for it's the posing, lighting and the ability of the photographer to put you at ease. If you are uncomfortable it'll show in the photo.

ok this might be totally stupid and i am a total noob. I use a high five as an opener I was at a party and had a little to much and started high fiveing random chicks and it totally worked. So last friday, sober at a club, I was walking past a girl and just put my hand up and said high five. She reciprocated and i opened a conversation. I think it gets me out of my head and in the moment more. YMMV.

I played at the gym for years but 6 months ago I found the bodyspace app from bodybuilding.com. It totally fits my personality and I go all the time and the program I choose tells me what my next exercise is. It works for me YMMV.

3 months and didn't really notice any changes for 6 weeks but its been getting better and better. My initial two tests were 155 and 188. the last one was 398 and I assume when I see the Dr next week he'll up my dose. I pay 43 dollars for 2 months after my insurance pays about 100.

In my opinion at 30 you should be on TRT if you are below 400. 234 is low. I am on TRT and the difference is amazing. I had crushing anxiety and depression and I feel amazing now.

The key for me was not beating myself up about making mistakes or relapsing. The plan failed not you, adjust the plan and move on you don't fail until you stop trying. Working out regularly helps too. I just finished Brené Brown's book Rising Strong it was good. I have found that if i am improving I am not as depressed.

The cancer was originally diagnosed as stage IV multiple METs and I was given 2 years in 2012. They removed the primary tumor and haven't been able to locate or find any trace for four years so I am good so far. Thank you for your support.
