Guys, thank you TREMENDOUSLY for your time and insightful responses. I appreciate it! If I could buy all you fellas a round of beer, I would. It has been 21 years of a rocky marriage with 3 beautiful daughters that I didn't want to experience this type of event. Since she closed down our joint bank account which included our direct deposits from work, I have no choice but to file. She received 5 paychecks totaling a little over 18k and she does not want to provide what she did with the money.

Thanks brother! I am not a person who is spiteful but she is very juvenile and spiteful. She crossed the line when she involved my kids into adult affairs and messed with money for her own purposes.
