You chose 2 classes close to each other and said they can both be competitive. I agree, so let's eliminate the weight classes here then. Now, take a 125lbs guy and pit him against any mediocre UFC LHW and what happens? In baseball, football, horse racing, skiing and the vast majority of sports there are not weight classes or height restrictions. well, small fighters aren't good enough to compete in combat sports, so we give them their own league (weight class). Same thing happens for women. In the end though, the best usually get paid the most (HW men).

I'm not against abortion, nor do I believe a man has the right to take a part of a woman out, so can't comment there. Abandons child? That doesn't matter the gender. But apparently to you it only matter if it's the mother. Adoption - again, both the father and the mother have the right to take the child if one of them do not want their baby. To be honest, I'd rather have half then men dead in a society than half the women and children. 100 men can impregnate 200 women and have a good time. The value of man rises in relation to his rarity. Now, 200 men and only 100 women (and children?) presents a big problem. So I guess I rate women and children to be worth more on a whole. There and their have a different meaning. A victims' importance is not based on their gender. A non-militant (which are often women) and children would be considered a worse loss than just losing a soldier however. They are more innocent than the fighters, surely. In my state, it stays the same rate for 2 years no matter what, even if you start making 1 million or $1 a day. When unemployed, you have to re-file in order to get the lower rate. It wouldn't make sense to pay let's say $1,000 USD per month child support if your income is $999. The courts understand the impossibility of this... but maybe your particular judge does not.

Two things I'd recommend: talk to the mother and try to work it out on your own get another lawyer and give it another shot. In my case, I basically just offered more money than was required by the courts and I got the kid/s more often. If you are like my case: with time comes a larger home and larger income, with the precedent of them being with more. You can at this point fight for full custody and have your ex pay you.

This is about as fair as saying that a car tax is a maximum of $50. All that does it give the wealthy a tax subsidy so that they can pay less percentage of their wealth than a poor person.
