I work 60 hours a week and am taking university classes. Definitely not lazy bro. Yeah I could probably drop 40 pounds, a healthy weight for me is about 235. The key for me is going to bed early enough I can get 30 mins in the morning to run. I can drop pounds fast doing that and have in the past. Discipline of going to bed at 9:00pm though fuck. No I don't need her approval and don't throw a tantrum when I don't get it. I can handle it just fine if shes pissed off at me for something, it's when that anger crosses the line of disrespect and poisons the well.
