Yeah I'll start getting more confident by talking to random girls before I approach the ones that I have to see everyday for the next 2-3 months. Never really had approach anxiety until my sophomore year of high school because I fucked with my hormones.

Yeah, I'll follow your advice. I haven't been able to run since May of 2016 due to shin splits (used to run long distance because I was going after a special ops contract for the military), but I'll start incorporating Jacobs ladder in my workouts so I can look shredded.
