The day my wife throws something at me, hits me, or threatens divorce is the day I kick her out of my house. No kids? What are you doing? You have no frame and your SMV must be shit in her eyes to generate that level of disrespect. A touch of Rambo seems to have helped me. Be careful, but I believe women are as blue pill socially conditioned as men. Such women sometimes need a shock to wake them up, like my wife. You have to figure some of the details out for yourself YMMV. I suggest you STFU mo…

Kill the need for sex? No. Kill the neediness. Go fuck someone else. If you are not having sex with your wife, there is no marriage. Marriage is by definition a sexual relationship. What do you owe this person after four years?

Take your clothes, weights (nah - you can do push-ups) skis & boots, and your fly rod. Everything else is a burden.

No woman will have sex with an obese man unless they are themselves obese. The Dad bod is a turn off. Being fit sets the foundation. It is where you start. I know the difference. I am NOT invisible any more. I have noted small changes, like a random women holding eye contact and smiling. Never happened before. I also get touched by women I already know or work with. Fitness alone won't get you laid unless you are a "GOD" , but it is where the rest of us start. Fitness is the foundation.

I am very much a newb, but it seems to me that you have missed the very core message of MRP. I think that the only way to actually "be a good husband and make her happy" is to fully adopt the tenants of MRP and become the man / leader you were meant to be. She can only be truly happy when she is paired up with a RP man. It is just that she does not know it. This was a hard concept for me to understand because it is like being told to go left when you want to move right. That only by focusing on …

You don't!

Don't propose. Why would you do this? There is no reason to and you are not ready. I would not get married if I could do it over again. Certainly not in my 20's, maybe now that I am 50. I might consider it today.

Don't get married. Everything else is easy.

Correct. I always go up from where I am considering the responsibility and market. I research as much as possible to understand the market. When I am comfortable I have done my homework and the time is right, I tell them the required number (or whatever else you need). If the offer does not meet my needs, I decline as respectfully as possible, but plainly. If the offer meets my requirements, I accept with no counter. I don't like games. I am also establishing how I will operate in the future.

To add one element after reading the Corporateland post. I never talk about what I'm currently paid. It is not relevant. I talk about what I need to move and that is it. If pressed, I give them what I need as the answer and that always is "marked up" from where I am.

I have made many career moves and always got more money or time off. Basically what I wanted. For me it is easy. I don't play games. I state my needs as early as I am asked. Get them to where they ask. Then I give them my requirements plainly and I don't negotiate. I also usually have sense of the market I'm in. I don't care about potentially getting more. I know what I need to move and say it. Always be in position to walk away. Simple.

It is sharp pain and feels like connective tissue that hurts. It takes days of stretching to feel better. I have used a neoprene brace to help with rehab. It is better now so I'm looking to revise my work out and start up again. I have been doing body weight stuff for my core and lots of push ups while rehabbing my knee. Thanks for the input.

I have watched many videos and read lots of articles. I think my form is good. I am square, with my but coming down first. My doctor thinks is should not work out. I am thinking it is an imbalance and I get tight flexors and IT band. I have stopped lifting because I was nearly hobbled. I am going to look for a PT and get some advice.

Don't external factors have a significant impact on a man's T levels? Isn't a big part of RP behavior modification and breaking the feedback loop?

No. I'm hitting the side bar right now. I couldn't see it using my phone. I found it with help, now I'm catching up. Been floundering on my own. But I'm here now. Thanks all. I'll be back when I have read the sidebar.

I'm only now unplugged. Four years ago I started to figure out that something was amiss. I started working out of my own accord. So I'm a noon and I don't know what the "sidebar" means.

Thanks. I have been running and doing push-ups for going on four years. I have a spare tire to get rid of, but otherwise in the best shape of my life. I am reading The Rational Male. The kids are on their way out. I have also been thinking in a six month time frame.
