The UK is basically TERF Island from what I've heard.

That reminds me of a video I saw on YouTube (can't remember the name of it) complaining about The Male Gaze™ and used Catwoman of all examples. Utterly ridiculous. Catwoman as a character weaponizes her sexuality and is still every bit as bad ass as Batman. The idea a woman can't be sexually appealing and still worthy of respect and be powerful is super dumb.

I mean at this point, it's a fucking cliche.

Its amazing how people don't get this. Then we hear how "men ain't shit". Men are basically left in the cold and are forced to watch after ourselves, and a lot of times become cold and perhaps cruel, over and over it seems.

That kind of stuff is why I tuned most complaints about not "finding a good guy" out. Lots of women go for obvious fuckbois then complain when he pumps and dumps them. Its dumb, and pretty toxic. Best to just stay from those types.

I hadn't really thought of it like this before, but you're right. Most feminists I know of are privileged upper middle class folks. Interesting.

The problem is the Red Pill/PUA community has toxic and sexist elements to it that lefties zero in on and pretend nothing they say is valid. As usual, the reality is more nuanced. There are things the Red Pillers say that are correct, like women's standards for attraction to men is higher. But the Left won't bother to even have the discussion and just bury their head in the sand and pretend everything is fine, leaving men out in the dust with no useful info on how to navigate the dating world. I…

I see what you mean. I think too many people get caught up in lust that eventually fades and they discover they don't actually like the person they are with. Finding the sort of love that you describe is very rare. I doubt I'd ever find it, but maybe some day.

I assume its because of the validation of promiscuous behavior among women because of feminism. Sex positive feminists have no problem supporting prostitution, or porn.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/21 09:07 PM

I think it depends on what "validation" is. There's a difference between that and basically simping.

Yes. Yes you pretty much are. The older I've gotten, (25) the more I've come to realize "love" in the romantic sense isn't really stable or "real" if you will. Its just about sex. Reproduction. Primal nature to make babies. And the secret? Its always been this way. What is going on now isn't new. Its just more open because our traditional ways and barriers are broken down and now everyone is scramming for something that isn't to be found. Getting married, a happy spouse, two kids, a nice house, …

Dude seriously, the amount of women I've come across with an attitude like this is just too much. I mean in my experience the only time I've heard a woman get called a whore for example was by another woman. Way too many egotistical women out there and they aren't called out on it either.

You know, one of the biggest revelations I've had growing up is that mainstream society is full of shit. It doesn't matter that women can be petty, vindictive, jealous, arrogant, mean spirited, or cruel. The only time any of those things are talked about is when it's about men. Women must be angels from heaven, I guess. Evidently, when it cones to marriage and divorce, it must be that men are bad partners, but not women. Women can do no wrong. Clown world shit man. Clown world.

This is true. Reminds me of that rant that I believe it was Tomi Lahren? did. She basically was flipping out because she couldn't get a dude to actually care about a relationship with her. That is the obvious consequence of things like OLD to me. If you always have a "better option" then it makes these relationships shallow and meaningless and that doesn't bode well for most people, men and women alike.

Bill Burr made this point in one of his stand ups, when he pointed out white women basically put themselves in the oppressed camp even when they had all the benefits handed to them that elitist white men had. It's ridiculous hypocritical bullshit for these kinds of people to disparage anyone for their "privilege".
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates01/06/21 02:18 AM

The entire system is corrupt from the top down. Women initiate divorces so easily because they know they will get a payout. The judges and lawyers also get a big juicy cut of the pie, and of course dudes are left to rot after their entire being has been drained. I'm 24, but I decided I would never get married when I was 15. Just simple observation and my own experiences with my family completely threw me off to this idea.

I dislike the term "internalized misandry" same as I disliked "internalized misogyny". The phrase is self loathing, or shame. Feeling shame for your gender isn't an internal thing, it's forced on you by outside sources. I'd rather just call it self hatred, which it basically is.

He's not wrong. The amount of single middle aged women I've come across is pretty staggering. A lot of them are already pretty bitter. Just have to wait a couple more decades to see how all this plays out. It'll be interesting.

That literally makes no difference when the jackoffs who only want sex are the ones that initiate the strongest with women. Then the women complain lol. Seriously though.

You know, it's funny to me how men are always lambasted for having male egos, but no one wants to mention just how massive the female one is. Cause whamen are wonderful, you see.

I mean I'm 24, so not there yet, but why would 30 suddenly change things? We live to be like 80 now. That's still a lot of time to build a life. I'm not saying to fuck around all the time(I'm working towards my goals rn) but acting like 30 becomes an age that everything falls apart seems arbitrary to me.

Its not even PC. Its just common sense. Demonizing large groups of people never ends well. Ever. Whether it's race, sex, or any other category you can find. Why IDPOL bullshit is so readily accepted by the "left" nowadays is beyond me. We should have learned the lesson by now, but I guess not.

I would like to point out it isn't just men. Crying people in general (except children), are a bit uncomfortable to be around, unless it's someone you know well. Perhaps it's partly a a psychological thing, idk.

This is what pisses me off the most about the state of modernity. We are constantly told that "patriarchy" is a bad thing that affects everyone negatively and we should get rid of it.....until it comes to dating and marriage. Then we want to keep certain aspects, like how men should be the breadwinner and pay for dates and whatnot. The double standards are ridiculous. Women have been liberated from their roles, but not men.

The funniest part to me is they brag about it on social media, for the world to see. Oh well, in the next 20-30 years that shit will come back to bite them.

I have noticed many feminists tend to be average looking at best. Seems there is some deep rooted appearance insecurities they gotta project on everyone else.

Its the same with almost all isms. Racism, sexism, facism, hell even communism. Every one of these words don't mean anything anymore because people throw it at anyone they just simply disagree with. Its ridiculous.

I'm glad someone else is there with me. I haven't fully quit games, but it doesn't hold my interest as much as it used to because its obvious its all about money instead of making them fun. How many times can they keep rehashing the same game with COD. Its stale and quite frankly boring. I've decided to pursue other things instead now.

Not to sound rude, but it sounds like your father has played a massive role in this problem. He doesn't seem to have a spine. And clearly spoiled your sister to her's and other's detriment. Being a "nice guy" should not be the same as being a doormat. Especially when it's your kids involved.

Funnily enough, I would say its because I'm selfish in a way. Women just aren't my priority, never have been and never will be. Combine that with the insane double standards society has for men and I just got to a point that I just don't care much anymore. Oh well I guess.
/r/MGTOW216/09/20 01:50 PM

I thought that about video game design too. Till I learned about the insane crunching they do to meet deadlines. Fuck that, I'm not sacrificing my health for pixels on a screen.

His point is that women are not the end all be all of life and are simply an addition. He's right. Im 24, but I can't tell you how many dudes I've seen waste a lot of time chasing pussy. Meanwhile, I'm focusing on securing my financial future as well as getting the physique I want. The way I see it, these are my priorities, women will come and go.

Stuff like this is why I always laugh when someone says women are better communicators. Women won't even talk to a guy they are interested in first, we have to do that. It's honestly frustratingly stupid.

I think social media is a massive factor here. I also think our standards of living have spoiled us too, despite all our problems. We are bored, to put it bluntly.

You can't. Sorry bud, once you know something it doesn't go away. Short of brain damage, it will always be there. I'm not religious at all but my favorite Bible verse is Ecclesiastes 1:18 "For in much wisdom is much grief, and he that increases knowledge increases sorrow"

Oh I agree. I'm just giving an explanation as to why I think unconditional love isn't a thing. It is quite interesting to find out why we do though.
/r/MGTOW14/02/20 05:36 PM
4

It's possible sure. But in the case of a parent's love it's obviously based in Evolution. We exist essentially to reproduce, so when we do all of our attention and care is focused on the kid(s). Its why you always here people say nothing is more important than their kids.
/r/MGTOW14/02/20 05:22 PM

Unconditional love in general doesn't really exist, unless maybe you're talking about your own kids.

This is what I'm worried about honestly. I'm 23, but what is the future of Japan and now the U.S gonna look like in 20-50 years? Western society will literally crumble without people that ya know....exist. Unless you import immigrants, which will fundamentally change everything.

Everything we do is motivated by selfishness when you get down to it.

Well, in all honesty, the disconnect of the ideal and the reality is not limited to marriage. That disconnection exists everywhere.
