2	I feel perpetually blackmarked and branded as a low status pariah. You sound like someone on the cusp of making a great turrn for improvement. I myself once used to feel the same. Feelings like that are not objective and untrue. CBT might help speed up your progress. As for myself, it took sone years of work. I'm 36 and started out in the same situation as you. All sorted now, in a happy LTR with an amazing girl friend.
