I was groomed as an 18 year old by my 32 year old boss. He told me there was no one else like me and that we should run away together. He told me so many things that made me feel like I was “special.” We didn’t actually date (because he has a much younger fiancé the whole time) but I stayed in contact with him. It was years of him trying to convince me why we should be together. Eventually I got a little older and realized how wrong and sick the situation was. I’m 33 now and although I thought h…

Hard to get but already slept together. Oh she’s talking about playing hard to get emotionally… that’s why she’s asking for advice on how to get his attention but she’s not sure if she would want anything serious… but she might consider it. This post is all over the damn place. Too much thinking for some country fuck boi who probably wears dirty clothes and who isn’t giving her 5 mins of thought outside of her junk in the right places.

Of course! Of course Mr. Bald boi wants a woman he considers a 10 on the fucking dumb scale they use to rate women. Look, you can be bald and you can be not so tall but sir, don’t be a dick. You were willing to overlook it… get it? Cause he’s short.

Why do they lie about their height?! We’re gunna find out dude. Also, he probably wouldn’t be able to handle the truth about why you don’t want to go out again. Or he would make you feel like you’re awful for having standards that are not him. Smh

You are the most important person in your life! Look deep inside and listen to yourself. If you want to leave, don’t wait it out for any reason. If you are holding on because of time “wasted”, money, status, sympathy… these are not reasons to stay if you simply do not want to. The longer you wait, the more time you actually waste not being true to yourself. The younger version of me needed to hear this.

He complained that he was too ugly but what about your personality dude? How miserable would it to be this man’s partner and endure his hateful and spiteful views on women? And if the hottest, most amazing women don’t want him, then it’s hate on all women. Incels think that they are so ugly on the outside and that’s why women don’t want them. They are even uglier on the inside and we see right through their exterior to who they really are. That’s why they can’t get laid ffs! He also gave me pedo…

This makes me cringe. It’s not “cute” that you have to draw your husband a treasure map to get groceries and essentials. The fact that they made a tiktonk about it just makes it that much more embarrassing. Who would openly tell on themselves that they married a child?!

Growing up I had pictures of JT all over my bedroom walls. I adored him and had a fantasy of being his gf. I’m saddened that as young girls we glorify these males and cannot see them for what they really are. What he did to Britney is disgusting. Fuck him.

I am constantly asking/reminding my two young sons to do things. They are 12 and 9. Why are grown men like children??

Sounds like some of the good qualities were present. But some good qualities don’t make up for the glaring red flags. He’s your ex for a reason... you deserve more.

My counselor told me this years ago and it’s stuck with me ever since. Your body becomes addicted to the rush you feel during the extreme highs and lows. It took me a long time to break free from this cycle with my ex husband. But here I am, stronger now because of that battle.

Just fucking sad. Sometimes I can’t believe some of the crap I read. Then I remember how many people there are in the world and this kind of thing is happening everywhere all the time.

Thank you for your reply! She is a good friend and I care about her deeply. Still want to smack her sometimes lol!

You know, I’ve been wondering if I should try to say more to her or try to have a serious conversation with her about how this is just not ok. But I’ve noticed that she has an explanation for everything I point out to her or she shrugs it off like it’s not that bad. So I’ve just started listening and not feeding into the drama. I cannot fix her judgement problems. Sadly, this is not the first time she’s exhibited this behavior with men. Sigh.

My friend is trying to hold onto a LVM who clearly doesn’t give 2 shits about her. They have only been “dating” for 2 months and he sounds like a piece of trash. She blames all his wrongdoings (not contacting her for 5 days and missing a trip they planned to go on together, his house being a wreck, drug abuse) on him being depressed and says she wants to be there for him to help him cope. All the while he is doing nothing to better himself. She’s basically clinging to a version of who he could b…

Mansplaining is so important to them. They actually think we need help understanding these things.

That fact just makes the whole thing even more sad. One must always be questioning whom they can trust.

Personally that would be a no for me too. When adult men/women wear clothing with characters or “funny” sayings I cannot take them seriously. Maybe it is a bit judgmental but I just cant with it. If it bothers you already, just don’t engage further. Plenty of other spidermen in the web.

A mother can make herself sick reading the Reddit comments from men about how single moms are basically the scum of the earth. They want us to believe that it is all our fault. While we are the ones left trying to make the best of a broken home, these scrotes band together and bash us in gleeful unison. They are all too good for a single mother and really believe that surely there is a good reason we were left with the kids. I became a single mom after I divorced my NV ex husband (their dad) 5 y…

I’ve learned not to underestimate men period. They are capable of anything really. Even if they promise to love you, they may turn right around and feed you to the wolves.

Also when they say/text “I’m not good enough for you” “you’re way out of my league”... believe them! The moment a man starts self deprecating I’m out... if you don’t think highly of yourself why would I?

With just a little love, commitment, hand-holding, pampering, blind eye turning, sacrificing, self sabotaging... you can have the boy of your dreams. No thanks, I’m good 😂

Exactly. When I found out they slept together (the best friend told me) I told her to get out of my house, and blocked and deleted her on everything. I was no longer a part of that friend group. I knew that they were all trash and they deserved each other.

I used to go out with this guy, let’s call him Bartender. Bartender was always so nice and treated me, cooked me meals, bought me thoughtful gifts, etc. But every time I was around him I had stomach pains and anxiety. This was my gut telling me to run but I ignored it. Things progressed until one day he once choked me out durning sex without my consent. I dumped his LV ass and later found out he slept his “best friend” behind my back and everyone knew about it except for me. Never felt more like…

FDS gives me the strength to keep being the best version of me that I can be. I’ve learned to be more cautious with men while being more free and forgiving with myself. I find comfort in the FDS convictions coming through the comments and posts. I know I’m not alone in this crazy world. Thank you so much FDS and congrats 🖤

It makes my blood boil to read these pleading posts from 20 year old females “devastated” by the fact that some 45 year old scrote has been divorcing his wife for 4 years and hasn’t given her a ring or a baby. What the literal fuck. Then you get all the brainwashed people in the comments applauding this behavior or telling OP to just “be there for your older partner or you’ll push him away”... yuck just fucking yuck!!!

Reading the comments to this post provides proof of just how many sick, predatory men there are out there. So many of us have been in relationships with older men looking to crush us. It’s happening everywhere, at all times. It needs to stop.

If you don’t want to have a conversation with him then there’s your answer... no. Politely tell him you’ve moved on and so should he and block him.

When I was in my late 20s I had 2 relationships with men in their early 40s and both were ended by me because both were controlling. I’m not saying that all men who date women who are 10 years younger are scum, but I’m a strong woman and I couldn’t tolerate their behavior. This sounds like a bad situation. 2 whole years and you didn’t know his true age? From your post, it seems like you are making a true effort to connect with him but he just keeps shutting you down? He doesn’t deserve you. Also…

I once dated a guy (he was a LVM but anyways)... he told me early on that in previous relationships he had a “wandering eye” but it “was just how he is.” I took that for an answer and continued on with him. Let me tell you, he NEVER looked at another girl when I was with him. They can control it! They do it because they want to. This guy also ended up being a cheater, liar, and manipulator. I am only now realizing that his “wandering eye” was just another shitty characteristic of his LV personal…

I feel truly sad for these women that are trapped with a partner that doesn’t allow them to do what they want. I feel worse for the women who obey and don’t see the bigger picture.
