In my opinion diets makes up about 90% of your health in the way you can effect it. Exercise is really just wearing out your joints and muscles in exchange for an unreasonable expectation of a body now at the expense of physical problems later. Most people only work out for sexual purposes. If you need higher intensity exercise stick to low impact stuff like yoga or the elliptical machine. Eat right first though.
