Solid advice in up here.

Hey, I can see the issue you have here. You are not functioning in the most profitable state when dealing with women. You need to have what is referred to as an "abundance mindset". The mindset that no matter what happens whether that be failure or success, there are so many other fish in the sea that you have access to that it simply doesnt matter! If you are worried about losing a girl as a friend, then maybe just keep it that way? Once you are "friendzoned" it is often very very difficult to …

Hey dude, Firstly - good on you for identifying the issues that you have and taking active steps to address this and improve your life. You'll look back on this in a years time if you make the commitment to it and wonder how your life has changed so dramatically. Its a big step but one that is totally worthwhile. The first thing i'd say is that its going to be a long and difficult journey so taking small steps is going to be the best way to proceed. I dont know much about your social life howeve…

Hey, Firstly, if a girl wants to be with you, she will not actively take steps to not be with you. They may be evasive with their emotions and not give you the necessary hints but they certainly will not outright say "I dont want to be with you" when they do. Anyway - Proceed as normal dude. If she is still down to meet you and spend time then carry on trying to escalate. The great fallback you have here is that if you try and escalate and kiss her for example and she replies "Uhhh, Im not looki…

Because I truly, and many others also believe that its not often "what" is said, it is how it is said, delivered and how you act as you do all of this. There's some really interesting stuff by Cajun on subtext that I concur with. He gives an example of a paragraph of speech that he delivers in two different ways. What you take from that is two completely different version of events (I believe the examples suggest in one that a person has died and in the other that he just got laid). I suppose th…

There can be a number of reasons why a girl might not text you after hooking up. Its happened to the best of us and normally more than once. As weird as it sounds, girls can get incredibly embarrassed and ashamed about things they may do whilst intoxicated or not. The easiest way for them to wipe it from their memory is to wipe everything associated with it from their memory too, yourself included. I'll never forget the time a girl took me back to her house and we did everything but the deed. Sh…

Depending on the level on confidence, you could probably set this up in a much easier way that doesnt involve getting physically hurt. At the start of the night and you each give each other $100. The purpose being that when you complete one of the tasks for the night, you get $10 back. So, an extremely low confidence guy could be set the task of: Go and stand near a group of girls. A low confidence guy looking to cure approach anxiety could be set the task of: Go and introduce yourself to X girl…

Hey dude, Some fairly simply advice that is going to 100% get the answer you want. When you lock eye contact, dont break it. When she does, you get up and walk over to her and say something absolutely wild like.. "Hey" :). Generally if a girl is looking at you, shes checking you out. Pick yourself and go and say hello to her. The ol' classic Cajun line of: "Oh come on, you cant look at me like that and not say anything... whats your name?" Good luck! -the5aint

However the most weak and foolish and embarrassing thing I could do, is to not try. A-fucking-men.

However - its wrong to give everyone the label of "fakes". Yes, there are people who will target a demographic because of their wealth, no different to a stockbroker company using boiler-room tactics on an elderly wealthy investor. But for those who want to make a positive impact on peoples lives, support that! This whole community was able to signpost me to some great stuff in the past (about 10 years ago) and I then went on my own journey. Without the encouragement and the partial "sell" you g…

Learning how to "seduce women" should really not be the aim of the community. I feel that perhaps 10 years ago it was. "Look how many girls I can bang" etc. I personally feel a lot different. Its been said so many times but least you will learn from this community is how to pick up girls. This is a journey of self-development. One that aims to raise your confidence and make YOU a better person overall, not purely for the sole reason of picking up women. It really can change your life and has mad…

My old school dating rules used to be as follows: If I met a girl on a night out and we kissed: Date with Drinks (attempt to escalate) > "DVD" At mine If I get a girl on a night out and we didnt kiss: Date with Casual Drink and Chat (Attempt Kiss) > Date with drinks (more escalation) > "DVD" at mine. If I met a girl on the Internet: Casual Fluff Date (Walk/Coffee) > Date with Casual Drink and Chat (Attempt Kiss) > Date with Drinks (attempt to escalate) > "DVD" at mine. It really all depends on h…

See how it goes. If you get shot down again, consider taking a slightly slower approach. Its always recommended in text game for example that when you reach the "height" of your conversation (as in, fast replies, laughter, etc) that you ask for a date then. Women connect with that emotion. The same goes for conversation, try getting into a conversation with a woman and when you reach that emotional high point, pop the ol' date question then :)

Congratulations dude on getting over one of the biggest hurdling blocks in this area - Approach Anxiety! You've now shown yourself that approaching girls isn't scary and no matter the outcome, you can move on! Have you looked any material on the emotional and escalation progression models? If not i'd definitely recommend it. Whilst great looking guys can often have some results using the strategy that you have adopted (just straight up asking a girl out without any type of communication prior), …

Dates are fun. Dates aren't serious. Dates are a time to kick back, relax and chat. Dates will end. You will go on another date again in your life. Good luck!

The only problem I can see with asking a girl "why it didnt work" is that she probably doesn't want to tell you. Girls can be real sensitive creatures and she'd rather not say that she didn't get on with you well. Its easier for her to just not reply. The short answer, with both girls i'd probably have already cut my losses. Girls will make it clear when they like you (in retrospect, it can be tricky at the time) and in this case i'd take their lack of response/flakiness as signs of disinterest.…

Hey Dude, welcome to the journey of self improvement. I always think its important to not view all of this as "Getting better at dating and seduction". This is a path of improving self confidence that will result in you becoming more successful in every aspect of your life, not just with women. I'd like to echo some of the things already posted below. Being comfortable with yourself and where you are in the world is going to do you a world of good. You seem like that you do have some real hang u…

Hey dude! Good to see you are grinding out the numbers mate. This is the absolute key to what i'm going to talk about next. How do you get over the fact that girls flake? The first and foremost thing is - ABUNDANCE and its associated mindset. Have you ever had so many girls texting you that you physically cant keep up? If you havent, let me tell you. Its hard work and when one stops messaging you its almost a relief! This is abundance in practice. Having this mindset when dealing with girls who …

Nice and simple one when approaching - In conversation you can use the classic: "Hey, so are these the girls you are out with?" if they are a group and when she responds you can playfully say "I suppose your boyfriend isn't allowed out on a girls night out". She'll either tell you that she doesn't have a boyfriend or that you were right. At this point, you can make a bee-line for the other girls in the group :) -the5aint

I like it. Try a small bit of refinement: "Hey! Had a good time the other day, you're actually pretty funny, who'd have thought it... anyway. Lets meet up again, I'll make sure I have my lip-gloss and make-up on this time. I'll be irresistable! ;) The edits I have made - I changed the start just to get a bit of teasing in there. Build attraction, show her that you aren't just going to fall at her feet and needlessly compliment her. Its what used to be called a "neg" (albeit a very light one) how…

As I mentioned in the above comment, these are also "direct/hard qualification" questions so you could also think of these in that manner. I think the further "down the line" (the emotional progression model) that you are down, the less resistance you get. It is certainly harder to get an answer like this in a nightclub. On a date however, much easier. Depending on the question asked back at me can depend on your response. So for example I have seen the following: girl giggles and starts to act …

Its certainly about the way you word it and the tone of voice you use. I'd always say it in a very flirtatious and jokey way: "Soo.. ya know.... I caught you checking me out. What was it, my lovely trainers you couldnt keep your eye off?" If she says "Well, you are hot!". God damn take that compliment and put it on the shelf. You KNOW that what you have done in that day has caused a girl to think you were hot! Dude, if she says "Youre funny" - well. Its time to get into action! You can literally…

As a guy you generally are gonna have to take the lead on everything. Knowing a little more about what has gone on via text would probably help but heres a couple nuggets for you: 1) Start to make it your absolute norm when meeting new girls to introduce yourself by hugging them and kissing them on the cheek. It made me feel better when saying bye by saying "Hey, come here and give me a hug" and i'd kiss them on the cheek goodbye too. Just very simple starts to escalating physically. 2) Unless y…

Well you can already see the improvement mate and thats something you should be proud of. The key thing is, dont be disheartened, dont feel bad about it. I once got asked out for a drink by a girl when I moved to a new area and I was like "sweet, chance to actually make a friend". It was awful. I had no idea what to say and we didnt go out again after. It wasn't until I looked back and I realised, shit, I was on a date! Haha. The experience you have had you will look back on and think "Wow, cant…

If you have free time after work to spend with her, I would second the recommendation to maybe spend lunch with her or spend an evening eating with her. The purpose being that you want to get her alone so that she is spending time with YOU. In terms of the silences - In its infancy, guys generally have to make the conversation. You're gonna have to lead her but this is great! It means you get to control the conversation and take it in the direction that YOU want it. Think about the standard mode…

Hey dude, congratulations! You have made that first step in taking control of your romantic life. The good news is, you've done what a hell of a lot of guys haven't had the balls to do - freakin' ask a girl out! Just take a step back for a second and think about all the times you, or your friends have in the past sat staring at a girl they have liked and done nothing to act upon it. You honestly should be really happy with yourself. I can see that you have some real hang ups and that self confid…

I would be clear with the coach what YOU want to get out of the session. Do you want to curb your approach anxiety? Tell him. He will make you approach girls. Do you want to work on transitioning? Ask your coach for some openers and transitions and go to work! Whilst its nice having some openers and the like under your belt, your coach will have loads. Dont be afraid to ask him! Also, definitely ask him to do some approaches and wing him once or twice. Dont make a habit of it though. Just use it…

Tinder is the bridge between PoF and Meeting Girls "in real life". Tinder has become a platform that is socially acceptable for girls to use and subsequently there are a number of extremely hot girls on there. The medium in which you communicate however is obviously completely different. Speaking from behind a screen has revolutionised modern day communication. You can flame people on the internet and conversely escalate sexually via text. The common reason for this is that the person isn't in f…
