0	I did my first twenty four hour fast yesterday. And here's why it was one of the best things I've ever done I think it is capable of proof - seems like these "toxins" could be identified, and either identified in urine/stool/whatever as they exit the body, or measured in the body before and after the fast. But I'm still skeptical that if significant toxins are delivered into the body because of "our processed diet", that not eating that diet for 24 hours (out of 7 days, or 14 days, or whatever) is going to make a big difference.
