chill and make a checklist/schedule, tackle everything in parts. doing something big, or multiple small things can seem daunting, but when you physically lay it out on paper and you know "ok i'm going to fix half this ceiling now, then i get to take a break and eat lunch" it gives you not only something to look forward to which helps, but you also know how much you have left rather than thinking 'i have this then this then this then this other thing.......' good luck man
