Saw this post on seddit. As BP a post as you could hope for. Have a read and laugh to yourself.

If you don't though here's the general summary of it:

The woman is the prize.

You should be lucky that a woman who you show interest in doesn't reciprocate but is willing to let you be her orbiter. In fact you should be grateful that you even get to be that close to her at all. Jump for joy as you finally have someone who trusts you and is willing to let you in her space /s.

That's not to say that there isn't some decent advice here. However because it's framed to portray the woman as the prize, it get's distorted. (Here I mean references about working on yourself and make yourself noticeable, and to use her to increase your social proof i.e. increase your SMV.)

However those nuggets of truth are corrupted because you should be doing all this for the prize i.e. the woman. You should be happy to wait for her to realize just how 'special you are' and how she's 'gifting' you with her friendship. How lucky you are that she can help you get laid with her landwhale friends amiright? /s

To be sure you should work on yourself. You should have social proof. But don't depend on a woman to help you get any of that. In fact don't depend on anyone. Whatever you achieve, you achieve on your own.
