The good news is you're a lot more likely to find high quality girls during normal daytime activities such as this than scraping the bottom of the barrel after last call at a typical nightclub. The even better news is that there is a ton of great material specifically on day game, just look around. The ideas given so far in this thread are fine, and as someone already said, your biggest problem is letting go of worrying about looking stupid. First of all, you won't look stupid. Attractive women …

Irrelevant, we're talking about plates not housewives

Just to be clear, that's not what I spend on escorts, that's how much it would cost if you wanted one every 2-3 days. I do make more than just one or two hundred grand a year, though. Even so, spending $5k a month on sex would be pure lunacy.

There is a common misperception that if you live together for a certain length of time (seven years is what many people believe), you are common-law married. This is not true anywhere in the United States.

I enjoy both escorts and plates regularly. Escorts cost me between $300 and $500 for about an hour. So if you want to do that every 2-3 days we're talking anywhere from $3,000 to $7,000+ per month. Plates obviously cost some time, effort, patience, etc. I suspect that most readers have those things more readily available than $5k per month just for sex.

Again, that'd be one thing, but I've never posted in offmychest. I don't even remember ever visiting it, and now that I have, the sub looks like total garbage anyway.

The best part is that after an examination of our histories, the only comment where I could have crossed paths with the mods was one where I advised a woman to run, not walk, from a clearly abusive relationship with some loser dude. Obviously motivated by my intense burning hatred of women.

Yeah, I get it, I think. It's just so hilariously pathetic! By the way, the reddit source is freely available and server space and bandwidth are dirt cheap. In fact I personally have virtually unlimited amounts of both that I can contribute. What the hell are we still doing on this site?

OK, good to know. Is this a recent thing? It'd seem to explain why the front page of this sub isn't full of those worthless "check out this mangina on another subreddit" posts anymore, which is pretty nice.

I don't see children as path to immortality. In fact propagating genes is a pretty terrible way to impact the future. Propagating the memes that are most important to you is far more effective. Not to mention that this society is clearly terminally ill. I'm not interested in prolonging the studying suffering at my own expense.
/r/TheRedPill20/05/15 05:38 AM

Give me a break. Animals have no choice but to follow their instincts. We have brains and can chose what's best for us. Besides the reality is that a suitable society for my hypothetical children doesn't exist. It'd be doing them a disservice to bring them into what we have instead. No matter how much of a stud you were before, having a kid means turning your life over to a woman and the state, simultaneously.

$5 is probably pretty good on a $18 haircut. Just to be clear, I'm not saying you have to tip everyone this amount. But you've pretty clearly stated that you're very happy with the service. Wouldn't you want him to likewise be very happy with the tip? $2 is only 11% of $18 though so that's a stingy tip no matter what IMO.

Haven't you ever met a normal girl that you could actually have an interesting conversation with, only to forget about her for some dumb hot slut that will actually make your brain bleed if allowed to speak uninterrupted for just a minute or two? I imagine it's a lot like that. Which is to say, I understand.

Not only will this attract and encourage more ugly women, as the other guys have already pointed out, but it will repel the women you actually want. Don't try this one at home, kids.

A million times this. 99% of the time, if a warpig is aggressively pursuing you, something has given her the idea that she might succeed. Either seeing you alone, or seeing you with other warpigs, or seeing you strike out with more attractive women. It's actually even easier than you suggest -- doesn't need to be a 20 year old HB9, absolutely any girl markedly more attractive will do.

Coming off as commanding and douchey prematurely will drive her away. Dude... what? The difference between "What's your favorite food" and "Tell me your favorite food" is so subtle that she won't even notice the difference consciously. The only way it would come off as commanding and douchey is if you bark it at her like a military order or something, which no one is suggesting. 'Game' comes after looks and social status. Bullshit. I live in NYC, and when I can be bothered to date, it's usually younger women in the very early stages of what they like to call their careers. The notion that anyone can think this is their higher calling is just baffling to me. As you might guess, very few of them have anything even approaching a useful skill. Mostly they just work jobs that don't exist because they need to be done, but only because useless people need something to do -- like HR. Being what they are, these jobs typically pay j…

No disagreement there. You tested her, and she failed. She should have responded with something witty and cute; instead you got something nervously defensive and lame. Nothing surprising there, really. What I don't understand is what kind of mental hoops you had to jump through to get from there to feeling the least bit insulted, and even more so why on earth you'd resort to the most bitter, juvenile of responses. If I were in your shoes, I'd be inclined to take her overly literal interpretation…

I'm really struggling to understand why you would feel the need to tell a woman to go kill herself in the first place, much less actually carry out that plan after a chance to reconsider it. I mean, I'm pretty sure that not even the most stuck up, entitled skank I've ever been rejected by has ever told me to go play in traffic, or anything that even comes close to this level of stupidity.

Dude... just what the fuck is wrong with you? "Better be a fireplace in a public place" is not even an insult at all, much less one of the rudest ones you could possibly receive. Not even remotely. The implication that you might possibly be a violent rapist is tenuous at best; the implication that all men are such is just completely absent. Meanwhile, your response was to tell her to go die a violent death. A real class act, you are. The way I see it, the 40 year old dodged a huge bullet and the…

Meh. If you are the kind of person to enjoy hanging out at bars, to the point of not giving a shit if she'll show up or not, I could see this being preferable to wasting time texting. Think of how great it'd be of she's 30 minutes late and you're already chatting up another girl.

I'm really struggling to understand what relevance 40 or more people found in your post. I mean, the OP includes a bunch of concepts from startup culture that have what he thinks are obvious parallels in the study of game. Your post has none. If you want to make a "counter example," shouldn't you actually provide at least one example of something from the legal world that applies? I have seen the exact opposite, a >$5B annual revenue corporation firing one of its most valuable managers, mere hours after just an inkling of "inappropriate behavior." From what I'm told, in fact, the girl went to HR explicitly saying she did not want him fired or disciplined, just "advice on dealing with the situation" or some bullshit like that. it's not natural to not want to get married or not date anyone Yes, because natural is always best. Other things that aren't natural include the buildings we live in, almost all forms of transportation, and certainly modern clothes and makeup. So, when they're willing to give all that up to live in the woods and gather berries and nuts for food -- 100% natural, baby -- then their concerns about your relationship status can be taken seriously.

Jesus Christ. Honestly I think all this red pill shit has finally gone too far when a man's best friend dies and the only thing on his mind is, is this going to reduce my SMV? Come the fuck on. How long have you known the dog, and how long have you known the girl? Who gives a flying fuck what she thinks?

You do understand that if every man does this civilization will cease to exist? Actually, that's a fallacy. I don't control what every man does, just myself. You must also understand that contrary to what is said on TRP, there actually are happily married people out there in the world. You probably interact with some of them every single day. He probably observed this pattern work out in the past for others, and just couldn't apply it himself. Maybe he missed some seemingly minor details, like perhaps actually talking to the girl first for all of 30 seconds and finding out whether she left her boyfriend at home or not. I can't really fault the guy for trying once or twice, I guess, but I don't really understand the repetition. Some people just aren't very bright.

I've bought bottle service in Vegas and I certainly had no bouncer bringing me any girls, much less my pick of 'em. Clearly I went to the wrong club! Wow dude, you're being quite extreme here, I think. You never pour a girl a drink when she's at your apartment either? That's hardly an exchange of sex for the 1.5 fluid ounces of liquor, agreed? I highly doubt that too many girls worthy of being discussed here are cynically prostituting themselves for a couple of hits -- what, a dollar or two's worth?? -- of weed. Based on my experience? All of them. I'm pretty sure I'm too skinny to be considered a 10 myself, and yet I've had more one night stands than I can count. Meanwhile there's no shortage of "nice" guys that work out every day and struggle to ever get laid. The simplest explanation is that these women are simply full of it.

I've had countless experiences with the 50 euro girls in Amsterdam. Almost all of them were fun as hell, and not at all clinical or mechanical. I can only recall one occasion that felt more like business than pleasure, and while suboptimal, it was still better than a below-average one night stand.

In countries where this is considered acceptable and even normal, men have sex literally any time they desire it. They can also make use of porn. And yet they still choose to get married. Why? Not to take away from your overall point -- it's a very good one, and this one data point isn't enough to draw any real conclusion from anyway -- but from this data, it seems that the rate of marriage in Germany and the Netherlands is already a full 1/3 or so lower than that in the United States: http://ww…

I suspect it would be hugely detrimental to someone in the early stages of RP. I say this as someone who found this community (mASF, at the time) something like 12 years ago, when I was just 19. So by the time I could afford to make "professional services" a regular thing, I was pretty well versed in the game in general. Here's the thing you don't understand -- my worth "in your eyes" is irrelevant. If it wasn't, then I'd be a beta, like you. As for all the men before me -- they're dead. Even if I wanted to please them, it'd be impossible. Really, nothing you're saying makes a lick of sense. Uh, no. Evolutionary success refers to the success of your genes, which is utterly irrelevant. A far more applicable measure of success in human life would be living every day of our incredibly short existence to the fullest, using the maximum of our abilities for the maximum benefit. So the only way to avoid being a "beta" is to sacrifice everything good in life to the service of some "lineage?" Uh, ok. If you want to have kids so bad, good for you, but you really don't need to go through all these mental gymnastics to justify it.

Have you ever felt the urge to murder someone, but refrained? It's a similar feeling. Well, I'm not sure how to answer the first question -- maybe surrendering my life to a woman and the government in exchange for children is actually a lot better than I think it is. But from where I sit, if I'd had kids by now it'd have been by far the worst thing that happen to me. I'd rather lose a limb. (I'm 31.) What "hypocrisy?" The double standard is perfectly rational if you ask me. It's natural to expect a young, healthy-looking male to be doing something worthwhile. So when we see him singing terribly, we mock him, thereby encouraging him to either go get better at singing or find something he can be good at. Most likely, it'll even work. With the other character in your story, it'd be delusional to expect any kind of improvement. Additionally, the awful singing is probably better than the alternat…

Total misanthropy Not what I said, but okay. I don't disagree, when you put it that way. I was taking issue with your statement, above, that: At 100K a year you should easily be able to afford more than one child, plus savings. The main benefit from my POV is that when you come across a girl you really want, you'll be at the top of your game since you are out there practicing and improving it on a regular basis. I feel like I've lost a lot looking back, living in a city seems to have made me soft. At the risk of drifting off-topic, consider taking up backpacking as a hobby. (Meaning, hiking in the backcountry for two or more days straight, carrying camping gear on your back.) Not that it compares in difficulty to dragging pianos around, but it will teach you quite a lot about yourself (you're much tougher than you think you are, for one thing) as well as about cooperation with small groups. Plus, it's a…

I agree wholeheartedly. As an aside, I'd suggest trying out a .45 and see how you like it compared to your 9mm. One round from one of those will be enough to stop most attackers in their tracks, so you wouldn't be caught out of ammo if a second attacker suddenly appears. My personal favorite model is the HK45. If that's too much for you, consider a .40 cal. I have little personal experience with them myself, but they are supposed to perform better than 9mms while producing about the same amount …

In my case, I wouldn't want to bring the knife because I already own dozens of firearms and am trained to use them. But thanks for playing. In your case, you simply watch too much TV if you think you're going to stab a "fucker" twice your size before he takes the knife away from you and shoves it all the way up your ass.

A 250lb guy can easily take the knife from a 140lb one. Now, in addition to being raped, your face is being cut up and maybe you get killed to boot. How is that better, exactly?

Properly using a knife for self defense is going to require so much training, you're better off focusing on more practical skills like punching and running.
/r/TheRedPill08/03/14 09:23 PM

No, in scenario C, the most likely one, you've now introduced the chance of being knifed yourself, where it didn't exist before. Not only that, but according to every single self defense expert on the planet that isn't trying to sell you a badass-looking, useless knife, that's by far the most likely outcome.

Most likely it will end up in your own chest, stomach or throat.

Question. If nothing matters after you're dead, what do you care if your race and culture disappears or not? I used to think something along similar lines (not about race, more about raising kids who knew how to think, which would put them in a distinct minority these days.) I've since arrived at the conclusion that this society has done absolutely nothing to deserve a 20+ year sacrifice from me.

Honestly, it sounds like you're going to have a pretty great few years. I suggest you travel to Colombia immediately -- what you'll find there is the best of both worlds. I haven't spent much time in Eastern Europe, so I can't comment on that. I'm pretty sure any Latin American country will have what you want, but Colombian women are the hottest. :) That's basically how I got here as well. I spent a large chunk of my free time between the ages of 18 and 25 playing the game. After a certain point…

Well, with the not altogether inexpensive girls I get at home in New York City, every single experience with no exceptions is as good as the best of the best of one night stands. So that's my opinion. If you're in a less exclusive market, the results are almost as good as long as you apply a little filtering. Just take a few minutes to ensure that you're sufficiently into her, and she's sufficiently into whatever you want from her. It sounds like if you want to try it, you're at the right time i…

I'll admit, I've been doing a lot of it lately. It's working absolutely great for me: I only have to spend money, not time or patience which are much more limited... but also, the girls and the experiences they provide are of the highest quality 100% of the time, no exceptions. No comparison to one night stands pulled from bars and clubs is even possible. All that said, I'm still not sure that I can wholeheartedly recommend it to strangers. I've been extremely satisfied with it, but I am just no…

Consider this. I know a guy who divorced two years ago at a cost of over a million dollars. As of a couple of weeks ago, he's married again. Now that sucks.

I would strongly recommend not going out of your way to get more expensive clothes/car/house (than you already want for yourself anyway) to attract women. For one thing, you'll attract the wrong kind of women, and may even turn the ones you want off. For another, it's a complete waste of money.

I think you're onto something with the money being a signal rather than the goal. If you earn good money, it signals that you have skills, perseverance, professionalism, and other good qualities. I used to assume that girls who wanted to know about my job/career were just subtly inquiring how much money I made. I'm not so sure this is right after considering one incident. This girl asked me a lot about my work (never about money directly), and then seemed content with whatever estimate she made …

Sure, you might be able to survive in the woods without tools, or a practical plan of action. To thrive however, you'll need those things. Actually, what you're describing seems to be exactly what happens to most people -- they get thrown in the deep end unprepared, and so naturally focus on their immediate survival. Survive they do -- they marry their first serious girlfriend, or end up going back to an old ex and settling for her, or whatever. The problem here is that a survival mindset is gre…

If these guys are average, the number of times in their life they've been aggressively hit on by a highly attractive girl is probably zero. So when for the first time in 30 years they get a "hey I don't know you but let's meet up and fuck" message from a top shelf chick, alarm bells should be going off. I know that people's capacity for deluding themselves sometimes seem infinite, but even men without much experience with women understand that the "hot girls looking to hook up in your area" afte…

BFE Sorry to hijack your month-old thread, but I was wondering if I could ask you to expand on how you structure your lifestyle to support both BFE living and a steady supply of women. I'm asking because while I've lived in NYC my whole life, my goal is to permanently relocate to BFE (thin ~200 acres in Wyoming) sometime in the next 2-5 years. As far as getting laid is concerned, it seems obvious that I will have to start getting into the habit of traveling to nearby cities regularly. That's abo…

Oh, I wasn't trying to catch you, and I agree it's spot-on. I just recently started lurking here, and it's just cool to see the same concepts carried forth in a completely different community so many years later. That's all. Did it go out of style? (I haven't been around in a while like I said. :)) That's a shame. Over the years I've caught myself a couple of times saying essentially nothing more than that phrase to friends (with no knowledge of or even friendly disposition towards the community…

Actually, the top comment was this: I'm willing to bet that your self deprecation and lack of confidence has a lot more to do with your lack of relationships than the way you look. Can't really say I take issue with that one.

You know, I may be reading you wrong, but it seems that you are recommending to waste untold hours setting up elaborate revenge schemes for the sole purpose of advertising yourself as a possible violent psychopath? And you also think this will help you with future women?

That's not how it works. Maybe he's not trying to make it as plausible as possible, but as romantic as possible so that it feels maximally good as he imagines it's real. I personally think that's the most likely scenario.

No kidding. This guy's wife felt completely comfortable telling him to his face that she was going out for milk at 11:30pm and not coming back until 2am? I have an extremely hard time believing that she would attempt this without being 100% certain that he has no balls. I think we can all agree that that's almost certainly the case. So now we're supposed to believe that this clown, who couldn't even talk straight to his own wife, somehow found the stones to pull this off? Personally escorting he…

Actually, there are other explanations besides retardation, like for instance willful self-deception. Since that's actually far more common in the human population than actual retardation, it's a hell of a lot more likely an explanation.

I also agree. It's possible, though, that they wanted to tell him but thought better of it because they found it likely that his reaction would be angry denial. You know what I'm talking about ...
