When you reach that critical level of SMV where women will actually approach you, you are provided with frequent opportunities to test and refine your game, which must lead to a virtuous cycle of improvement. I can only assume, having never experienced it myself. You're pretty much dead on. Once you are in that zone, you can say, do, and get away with things you'd never have dreamed of before. High SMV and a couple big heavy balls and it's a pussy playground out there.

With any luck now that you have a pussy grabbing, rich, successful real man as President this will turn around. Who is also an erratic, easily-provoked, weak-framed ass.

This applies to both sexes. Words are easy and cheap. Women just have far more of them, and mean far less with their words than most men.

She said something about how women just freeze up when stuff like this happens Freeze response is usually indicative of prior abuse at a young age. If she thinks this is a "women" thing, it probably means this is just what she herself experiences.

My whore radar is off the charts now though that's the worst part about seeing through the matrix, meeting a buddys girlfriend / wife / oneitis and getting the " undercover whore" vibe is tough . Dude, you really can SEE hypergamy/divorce rape/scheming in their eyes. It's so naked and open when you know what you're looking at. That thousand cock stare is real. It's not even an intangible "vibe". I read guys' horror stories on here and can't help but think I would have spotted that girl for what …

Solid, solid advice. Get in, get out, use all the opportunities you get. Not ranking up to supervisor is correct. You get 2 or 3 times the work (much of it bullshit admin stuff) and not much more money. If a person does not want to make a career out of it, best to stay out of that game.

First rule of TRP and all that. Plus I'd argue that "ugly" for a guy is a much more abstract thing than being an ugly woman. To a woman, your actions and feeling of presence will make your face almost difficult for them to read as it actually is.

I'm 6' and might argue that it is a hard cutoff. There are many guys in the 6'2" and up club these days. I have three brothers and I'm the shortest by a pretty good margin.

Excellent perspective. We have abundance now in a way that was unthinkable back when I was a kid in the '80's. The amount of travel alone that everyone I know does would be ludicrous to people back then.

Yep. Despite the very real difference between yesterday and today's economy, savvy hustlers will overall win over people only riding on education credentials. You work and/or, go to school, AND find time to put an hour or two into your "extra credit". That's how winners win. Fuck the rules. I'm already middle class successful but fuck that, I want to retire ASAP as a multi-millionaire, or at least live fully on my own terms. Even if I fail, and hell, it's likely I'll fail a lot, I'll have gained…

Guy above you is right though. I'm now doing the hustle cycle over again...keeping steady with the day job and building a side biz that will hopefully either put me into "few fucks given" territ…

Of course, take a look at the guy giving the presentation. I'll take this more seriously when a fit, top 20%er tells me the same things. Also, his initial example is an unambitious straw man. You know, I actually think marriage can work for some guys but fuck this whole video.

Yesterday I made a good move with some stock and made a nice profit. This was in my retirement account so on a long enough time line, that amount represents a full year of income. There's no pussy on earth that can equal a year of my life where I don't have to worry about money.

All the blue collar people I know in and around the family have terrible awareness of society and how they fit in it, are not educated, believe dogshit things about politics, are conspiracy theorists, raise their kids terribly and are absolutely not leaders. Plus bad diet and bad health. That generally applies to many of the blue collar workers I encounter in the world. Doesn't matter what you look like if you're giving it your all to improve. Period. The poster above you is good for motivation though, as is a lot of this sub in general. City life, if done correctly, is hard as fuck. Competitive. This is the tempo you want to establish early on, so if you do decide to move somewhere smaller, you will be a shark in the water. Besides this, speaking generally, there is simply a better class of people living in urban areas. More sophisticated, educated, capable. Driven. People tend to take better care of themselves and have higher self-esteem and leadership skills. You will make far more valuable contacts, fuck far hotter women, an…

Show me any guy who's got a six pack and 10% body fat, and SMV higher than his wife who blew up his marriage by being alpha... I doubt you'll find one. If I slack on working out (and generally pursuing my other goals as well) for long enough, I can watch my wife's interest fade along with my gains. Life is short, but it’s also long Something I'm noticing as I go along in life (I'm 39) is that the older I get, the less I remember. It's not so much about being forgetful. It's more that I've seen and done so much that days, months and even years start to blur into one another. The things I remember most are by far my successes and failures. It's important to make the best use of your time right now, so later in life, you have this amazing tapestry of things you've done that you're proud of. Y…

We have no kids, plenty of money, and plenty of time. We can live how we want, and that involves eating and drinking well, always. Usually that means being fairly healthy, but it's way too easy to get into a cycle of, come home from work, sit down, and have that after work drink, that too often slides into two or three. This is yet another area where lifting will change the game. After getting into the best shape of my life last year, I let the fall and winter blues absolutely fuck my workout ro…

She was the kind of person that would make you feel like a million bucks if she wanted your approval. She had a way of making people feel good about themselves as a means of getting them to like her. You are correct. However, if a person is the right fit for concealed carry, it's a smart move, especially depending on where they live. After that first few months, it felt like just another thing to take when leaving the house. Given the stakes, self defense is probably the biggest and best example of "better to not need it and have it..." there is.

This. I can't tell you how many times a woman would say something that was baiting me into engaging with them that I just laughed off or joked fun at to no objection of the woman. I haven't found a single country yet I'd rather live in, do business in and enjoy my hobbies in than the US. We have such wild access to....everything. It's really hard to grasp until you go live somewhere else. Plenty of things need work here, but there's still no place else I'd rather live long-term. Even the more idyllic countries out there have quite limited supply lines and are infected with corruption. Or are just plain too expensive for what you get.

Other guy said it and I agree. Google that shit. Start small. Get basic tools and supplement with better tools as you need them. Do as much of this stuff as you can. It's important to build a foundation. Once you do a certain amount of projects across different situations, you start connecting dots and suddenly you start to get it. The real work for a father happens when they are old enough to grasp real wisdom. Perhaps a little earlier than that, but your main job as Dad is to give them character and strength, not deal with the day to day details and drama. If a man has time to do Mom shit, he has time to be grinding on making more money or gaining more power.

I fully get that side of it. Everything is nature, including everything we make and do, but much of it is designed to hypnotize and anesthetize. Who you are in the city could be hidden under layers of social this or that. Who you are alone in the wilderness, with bad weather looming or the sound of a predatory animal close by...that's far more real. Typical scared and confused nu-male. These guys are in dire need of being taken out into the wilderness for a week, just to see the fallacy that is their entire belief system about what the world actually is. We're all just advanced chimpanzees. Just because we can build rockets and smartphones doesn't mean we aren't absolute savages in our core. Everyone around you is an animal that is ultimately chained to the impulses of their biology. Everything that negates or mitigates that is the result of social conditioning. It's a freeing truth, and it can also be somewhat uncomfortable to ponder.
/r/TheRedPill14/04/16 03:01 PM

That's the social aspect of it. Biologically, humans are pretty much the same as they've ever been throughout recorded history. Plenty still did the same stuff they do today, they were simply shamed more for it. That whole AWALT thing works through both time and space.

Women do nothing but try to make themselves look better than their competition. The higher level the woman, the more extreme measures you see her do to keep her weight and looks in check. Their whole fucking life is spent focusing more on their appearance than acquiring skills. Why be at all surprised then when the guy she captures with her outstanding female form gets upset when she starts packing on weight and generally letting herself go?

I agree with this. Much more of a "flow", with the cleanest comedown of anything I've ever tried. A person could theoretically get up early in the morning, trip for a few hours on shrooms, then go to work totally normal. Don't know why anyone would want to do that, but it's possible, whereas with acid, I've had hits where it's kept me awake for a day and a half feeling a bit shitty, even after the trip wore off.

I'll add that you really should only take a single dose if you've never tried LSD. My first time was a single piece of blotter and I had a good couple hours of open-eye, fairly realistic hallucinations (plus experiencing sound visually, feeling rain where the sky was totally clear among other things) before things calmed down a bit. Which was amazing, but two tabs might have been severe overkill. If you have a responsible sitter however, you could probably have a larger dose. The light thing is …

Oh he's egotistical, but he's calculating. His egotism is fed by how yuge the crowds of his supporters are. Of course he's going to say "we" to them. They are easily lead, weak-minded people, largely from rural areas. Areas that have lost their educated, ambitious people to the cities. Why would anyone with skills and goals stay in a shit town in a flyover state in the middle of bad economic times? I'm going to attest to that. I'm nearly 40 and for the first time in my life am beginning to experience blackout episodes. So I am slowly reeling back my drinking to minimum levels. It's only socially productive in small(er) amounts anyway. If I want something mind-altering, then weed is far more productive. Nothing like getting blazed, putting on some good music and building something in my shop. Or working out. A good sativa is performance-enhancing and keeps my inner voice of discipline loud.

His wife piles the blame on Kevin for fucking up, then leaves him and divorce rapes him for whatever is left, but will absolutely co-opt the recognition and use a lot of "we" statements if it were a success. Kevin's wife only fucked up by choosing Kevin, and even that can be blamed on him with a little creative hamster dancing.

Decibel, the other American metal magazine, is one that caters to the indie hipster crowd. A couple of years back, the SJWs who write for the magazine decided it was sexist that Revolver has an annual "Hottest Chicks in Metal" issue because we shouldn't be judging women on their looks. So they put out their own "women in metal" issue, and nearly all of the female metal musicians they focused on were either fat or ugly. J_AsapGem's explanation is right. It can also be equivalent to a child in an unstable household deliberately making a big mess on the floor or something because they aren't getting enough attention. We are lucky that all we have to do is lift. Biologically, we are meant to be out hunting game all day or cutting down trees and collecting rocks to build defenses, or killing (and being killed by) other men to take what they have. TRP is natural, meat and potatoes humanity. Marriage is absolutely not. There's no ultimate reason to stay with one woman for your entire life, unless that's something you honestly want for your life.

This was the biggest revelation for me, realizing that no matter what happens, I'm going to be great, and that life is way too short to put up with other people's unfixable bullshit. This applies to the women in your life, your friends, job, even immediate family in some cases.

The season started to change, days were shorter, it was raining constantly for weeks and my motivation took a big hit. I had a month of spotty lifting, and then another after that where I stopped altogether. Too much beer, too much rich food too. It was almost worth it to observe the changes. It was like a car that ran out of gas while going down a hill. Still had momentum, still was doing okay, but the first climb up again depleted my energy a ton. I felt stressed for seemingly no reason and ir…

What I do lately is just make everything about sex. Lots of drive-by play. She's in the kitchen cooking? I creep up behind her, grab her by the waist and mock fuck her while tickling her and telling her to hurry up with my dinner. Random pull her across my lap on her hands and knees on the couch and feel on her ass while watching tv, making her stay like that until I'm done. Just last night she's watching me work out and making little "ooh" and "ahh" comments so between sets I throw her on the b…

You can actually view kindness and niceness as two different things. This has been batted around here a bit before, but "niceness" tends to come from a position of weakness (social conditioning, obligation) whereas "kindness" necessarily comes from a position of strength and abundance. You are nice to someone out of some fear of confrontation or because you've been programmed to have manners for manners' sake. It's operating under someone else's frame. Kindness implies that you have equal abilit…

Even "naturals" generally had to be brought up that way, either through positive instruction or deprivation. At least in regards to behavior. The same way BP men are raised to be that way. He's really kinda the patron saint of this movement, or perhaps just a shining example of one kind of guy to aspire to. Even as high level a person as he is, he's always trying to self-improve and pare away at his own bullshit.

Joe Rogan knows exactly what kind of pathetic human being he's dealing with, and he handles it nearly perfect. This ability is what makes him one of the best heckler destroyers in comedy, even if his actual act is kinda just okay. Some comics can go and parry back and forth with a heckler, trying to keep the show rolling with jokes here and there, and that works. But Joe gets right at who they are at their core and zeros right in on it. Squeezes their egos out like a wet rag.

Still driving the 2004 Pontiac Grand Am I had before I started making money. I'm saving to pay straight up cash for a 4WD Toyota Tacoma and do all the juvenile custom mods to it you'd expect, plus a ridiculous sound system so I can listen to Danzig and Slayer at proper sound levels on my way to work. Dunno about chick-getting, but it should attract the kind of dudes I like to hang out with.

the one guy I know who has a harem of at least 5: no regular job, no car at all. I have to wonder if this actually helps. If he's attractive in many other ways yet doesn't have his shit together, women assume by his attractiveness that he must have potential. The kinds of chicks that love a project will laser in on a guy like that.

I once knew a guy who basically drifted into town, no car, no clear backstory. Severe alcoholic. Got a job at a local coffee shop, and I believe they were letting him live in the storage closet in back. Dude crushed truck loads of pussy all over town before he up and disappeared. These chicks were following him all over the place, seemingly ignoring the fact that he was perpetually stumbling, bleary-eyed drunk and barely knew where he was. Almost nothing he said made sense. I got married and doubled down on the self-improvement and dread game and got the fuck out of the house right from the get-go. This was even before swallowing the pill. I've generally noticed that the couples I see in my middle class inner city neighborhood are very fit and active and the ones out in the small surrounding towns are a fucking disaster...25 year olds who look like middle forties. Bad middle 40's.

You don't have to be perfect, just better than the alternatives. This made me think of the times when I travel out of my dense little metro area and get out in the country. I miss the old days of not having to worry, but the way I look at it, keeping track of my diet is just one more way to keep my self-discipline strong.

You need to move through life fluidly, surely and confidently. You're no longer a child, bouncing around is no longer adorable and the emotions you enact aren't cute. Lift, run, do difficult things, learn to defend yourself. It took just a couple months of this before I realized I was gliding around like a panther everywhere I went. The simple realization that so many of the people whom you thought were so much stronger than you before, really aren't, will also shape your demeanor.

They didn't put any effort into it and they just saw us as a group of hateful people If you don't take into account that we have plenty of angry dudes in our midst who are going through a legitimate period of loss, it's really easy to cherry-pick a fuck ton of horrible behavior here. (There's a slideshow post of screen caps from this sub that feminists and others like to spread around.) All your problems that used to leave you weak can be remedied by lifting. Don't do it for the body (that will come), do it for you. I'm certainly in it for the body too, but where I feel some of the biggest sense of win is when I wake up in the morning and every fiber of my being screams to stay in bed, but I get up anyway and not just show up to lift, but fucking kill it. Working out in the morning is awesome, because you start your day with a solid WIN, which is intoxicating to a guy like me w…

Reading the description of the blue pill guy, I realized that whenever I hear about BP behavior in theory or an actual report, the way the guy comes off is like a little kid. A man does what he thinks will work and stands by it. I think the fundamentals we learn through Red Pill sources are the most inalienable truths. Instead of the above, which is certainly short and elegant, you could sum it up as "holding frame". I think every man should live by a code. What that code is varies. Yours will be different than mine. But you should develop your own standards. To me, a man is 1) Honest and 2) Does The Work, and to me, pretty much everything important falls under one of these. It's like the line from The Kite Runner where the main character's father explains to him that the only true sin is theft and that everything else falls under that in some fashion or another.

The simple answer is that as a man, you can control how well your life goes. If you're awesome now, it's largely because you've made yourself that way. In terms of attraction, women can only put a layer of shellac over what they started with. Makes me appreciate all the guys who are keeping it together, especially the ones around my age (38). One of my joys is doing yard work with manual tools. Pushmower over rider, wheel barrel over tractor cart, machete and sickle over brush trimmer. The lady asks "why don't you get out the gas trimmer?" as she sees me clearing brush with the sickle. I simply love the exercise and the feel of manual labor. It's the little bit I can do before the office life kicks back in. I try to do just about every physical thing the hard way, whether it's taking the stairs instead of elevator or parking in the b…

Regarding quitting weed...I don't know your response to the stuff, but it absolutely supercharges my workouts to a furious state, alongside a marked increase in fluidity of form. It's really great at showing me what a weak, silly little bitch I'll be if I don't put up just ooooone more rep, even if it feels like it'll kill me. Oh ho ho, little man, how about one more rep on top of that one? And so forth. And when the munchies hit, post-workout, I just bang down a Rocky Road-flavored protein shak…

Hitting the gym and lifting weights is a great start because it boosts testosterone which triggers something very primal in men. I am a sigma male. I primarily LTR alpha females. Alpha females have one huge problem: they are forced into an unnatural leadership role everywhere, and they have to make decisions 24/7. When an alpha female is with me, she is 100% removed from decision making processes. It intrigues her at first, then turns her on, and then it subdues her into not having to be a leader. And isn't it odd how all this male "improvement" is ALWAYS within the social framework? "Become physically stronger" "make more money" "get a degree" "rise in your corporate job" I always advocate getting out into challenging situations in nature as much as possible as one of the best paths to improvement. It then becomes all about problem-solving in the most baseline way possible. Pretty much anyone can get a degree or excel in a job. No man is more powerful than the wild universe itself. There…

how assigning yourself more value than you assign to a woman is somehow "manipulative" and "emotional abuse". Women are encouraged constantly to think of themselves as "strong" and "amazing" or whatever hyperbolic descriptor you can come up with. The difference is that there's almost never any real self-improvement advice given (or taken) to qualify that statement. Here at least, we advocate rigorous, often painful amounts of self improvement.

There's very very little chance this one man would ever be able to cut through the massive emotional wall those women were putting up. He made them feel bad about themselves simply by appearing on the show. They were ready for this guy going in. Why on earth would they listen to any rational thing he had to say after that? That said, he didn't do himself any favors with his weak frame and cadence. I certainly don't think I would do better in that environment. But I'd also not have chosen to enga…

Liberalism is an inherently beta political mindset The graph for my transformation from liberal to conservative looks about the same as the one for my change from beta-ness to alpha-ness. 90-something percent of the liberals on my Facebook stream are constantly posting either 1) Social justice outrage du jour or 2) Posts about how they can't seem to keep their life in order (asking others if they know about jobs, or if anyone knows a place they can live, or complaining about how hard life is).

The irony is that women are making just as much as men now, if not more. I see that here sometimes. However, in this case, we're talking about a guy's wife. He realized that since she wasn't responding to him as he liked that he would take it upon himself to change, instead of going 'round and 'round with blaming her or engaging in useless therapy that pretty much only sides with the woman. Most Western feminists have never encountered a legitimate example of the oppression they scream about. It's mostly straw man arguments and anecdotal examples they pick up off their toxic blogs. In other words, modern feminism is a circle jerk. They've already won. Society is now quite pussified, dumbed down, PC, safe, mostly non-offensive, but that's not the point. Most seem like either 1) ugly women who nobody wants to fuck who want to artificially level the playing field for themselves or 2) …

Another guy mentioned Monk Mode. I agree. Dude, you may not realize it but you are still very young. You can have some time away from the man/woman struggle and do some real work. You already lift. This is crucial, but it's only one aspect. I think what you need is to put yourself through some real trials. Focus on your own internal struggle to improve. Disregard women. With so much work left to do, why would you even want the women you can get at this stage? Put it off and rake it in when you a…

Betas are like stupid women in that they don't understand how things work. The Betas remain as children and since women only get Tingles for men ABOVE them the Betas are seen as about as exciting as a six year old boy. These are the guys who get confused and bitch when a woman says something like "Oh I wish I could find a guy like you!. Meaning, alpha guy who gives the gina tingles but who also has all the cuddly provider impulses. And that guy, while not exactly a unicorn, is pretty fucking rar…

There are a lot of attractive women out there with little to no self-respect. Definitely something to always keep in mind. I know a good handful of seriously hot women who have very little value to offer beyond their body. Their obvious low levels of self-esteem seem to show that they understand this. Oh, you're a low-level esthetician (or doggie day care worker or "model" or whatever else doesn't require much education) with no hobbies other than shopping, clubbing and posting selfies on Facebo…

My wife does most of the housework and does a small share of the yard work (our house is the first one she's ever lived in and she actually enjoys mowing the grass, patching cracks in a stone wall, and other such things.) All that said, if I simply handle a couple of the heavier, dirtier outside jobs, she seems to feel very grateful and satisfied with that. It's a weird dynamic. I'd wager that a couple hours of me chopping wood, cleaning the gutters and building something for the yard (very simp…

Multiple times they show small women being able to physically take out men twice their size with a punch or a knee to the groin This is pervasive across all TV and movies. It's ludicrous. And it's always some 5' 3" 110 lb chick who brings down a big, tough as nails looking musclebound guy. ("You go girl!") This is practically impossible unless she gets in an exceedingly lucky shot. I brought it up in a discussion about The Walking Dead a while back and the responses were all women with their ham…

Big time. I grew up in a family with a big tradition of cooking, but a few years ago when the economy tanked and I lost my job, subsisting for two years purely on freelance work, I made a vow that not only would I maintain my lifestyle, but I'd eat tremendously well, even on a lower budget. I put in extreme, obsessive effort learning how to cook at a high level. It's incredible how much I got laid during that time, even though my income and status were at lower levels. Being excellent and passio…

Can attest to this. I spent the entire weekend in the backyard building and filling some raised beds for the garden as well as organizing the wood shop to accommodate some yard tools. The wife puttered around out there a bit as well, but was mainly busy doing several loads of laundry and cleaning the kitchen. Later on, I jumped in the shower just as she was getting out. It's a large shower with a bench and I sat down under the hot water, fairly exhausted. Wife returns a minute later to kneel in …

Let me put it this way...I'm 38, and of my fairly extensive social group, I have zero friends who would ever joke around by sticking knives in my face, or who would even bother to say anything about me accidentally spilling a little water out of the freezer. Ironically, the ones who cry and gnash their teeth the most about this stuff are the ones who would get passed over by the most desperate snarling red-eyed transient serial rapist caricature out there. A man, reacting with 100% of his force could potentially kill a woman with a single punch. There have certainly been times when that's happened with a man on man fight. A woman hitting a man, thinking she's protected from a violent reaction is really gambling that he's 1) not going to strike back and 2) that if he does, he's not going to just haul off and bring his A game. I'm not a huge guy or even the strongest man I know, but I'm confident that I could easily hospitalize absolutely any woman …

Basically, most women who identify as feminists have no idea how much territory they've truly taken. Practically everything about US society is crafted and tailored and sanitized to benefit women and not offend their precious feeewings. All the myriad social rules and PC-ness, marriage laws, etc are not something men came up with on their own. I think anyone working in a corporate environment today (for example) can attest to this.

I am very happy to live in a state where I can conceal carry and open carry my handgun, and there is no such thing as gun registry. Castle Doctrine applies to my house and my car and I am allowed to intervene in a third party situation without warning in order to stop the commission of a forcible felony. (Of course, the part where I'm "allowed" or "disallowed" by a state to engage in very basic common sense ideas of self defense is another prickly issue entirely.) However, the ability to own and…

They're squirrelly, and still into childish things. The pictures from the Reddit meetups for my city are just a cringey disaster. It doesn't have to be that way. This has occurred to me as well. I think that it's better for them if the guy came out of the womb masculine and dominant as fuck. It has to be natural and elemental. This is partly why it's important to not let others see the hard work you're doing, just the result. It should look effortless. If we are in fact attracting a certain percentage of those guys, then good. They are insufferable and practically useless as men. They are the extreme example of the kind of guy who desperately needs the wisdom here. (If any women disagree and find that assessment harsh, I invite them to go find one and fuck one.) Reminds me of observing political discussions on Facebook. I saw one recently that was full of absurdly incendiary, borderline racist comments about Obama. I went through and looked at some random profile pages and saw universally people living in tiny, anonymous rural areas, who were obese, haggard-looking, unsophisticated. 48 year old dishwashers and unemployed people, no college educations at all. No way these folks had ever left the country, and likely not even their own state. But somehow t…

Yep, we cannot listen to women's opinions on what makes us better men. This is why it is so important to form relationships with actual other men who will challenge and support us. Any man who doesn't have his "boys" needs to think about finding some. In general, women don't know what it takes to be a man, so we in the context of this subreddit and movement don't have to listen to their opinions. Weak-willed, feminized men obviously don't have a clue either so they too can be ignored (and fwiw, derided and shamed as well). I refuse to see any of that as bigoted. When I was in basic training, we were not to speak casually to our instructors. Ask questions? Sure, but our unsolicited opinions were pretty much universally ignored, even punished. …

In fact, it's pretty much the only way I use social media outlets that are attached to my actual identity.
