2	Custody Without going into too much detail: my problem is that I have a career that will be very demanding for the next three years. I won't be able to care for a baby alone, and probably couldn't reasonably argue for 50/50 custody. It will be less demanding after the three year period and I will be able to care for a child on my own. Another possibility is that my mother helps me. Would I be able to argue for 50/50 custody if in reality my mother would be the primary caretaker while I worked?	/r/Divorce_Men	11/01/25 04:34 AM
