Looks but honestly this whole post reads as craaaaazy shallow. A guy doesn’t have to be tall or dark to be attractive. Blonde, blue eyed guys are smoking hot if you ask me, and my boyfriend is dark and handsome but not “tall” he’s 5’8 which is taller than my 5’6 and good enough for me. I used to think I’d never date a guy that short but I’ve been crazy attracted to him since I met him and I’ve never noticed the height. That said, I feel this whole post is missing key points. A guy can be 6’5 and…

This is a total hypothetical so I don’t know regarding having slept with other people. Edit to add: your comment has me a little riled. What constitutes virgin like? One partner? Only ever had sex in the context of commitment? Done it all except actual PIV?

I respect trans women. I respect how they choose to live their lives. I’ll always respect their pronouns and treat them as female. But deep down, well, there’s a reason forms often list transgender as a separate gender to male or female. A trans woman will ultimately not share the same experiences as a cis woman. There are inherent biological things they will never be able to relate to, along with many commonalities in upbringing, experiences with men etc. Again I have full respect for trans wom…

Hey! Off topic but I’ve seen your comments in this sub and I always notice the username. Are you a witch? Because I’d love to chat if you are! I’m one and it feels very lonely sometimes because witchcraft seems to be SO blue pill and I just don’t resonate with that one bit as an RP woman. 😕

My boyfriend has female friends. I don’t mind. He’s in his forties. I trust a man in his forties to be capable of having platonic friendships. I draw the line at solo hangouts. He knows that and has never tried. His friendships are extremely casual and involve occasional texting and group hangouts. He has voluntarily told every one of them about me. So I have no issue. I have male friends. Same thing. No solo hangouts. Occasional texting and group hangouts. All of them know about him.

Hey, I’m not so sure tinder is the best for traditional and inexperienced women. It can work for sure. But it will probably feel a bit like being thrown to the wolves. I felt that way and I’m relatively experienced. I would really recommend OKC. I met an ex bf on there. And even though we didn’t work out, he and most of the guys on there seemed a lot more serious. It also has a better format for really getting to know the person. Tinder gives you three sentences tops and a couple pictures.

Your man is the closest to my man’s age of anyone who has commented so far but your age gap is way less than mine obviously so I’m super curious, what do you think is the reason for the apparent mismatch? Hey, as long as both of you are satisfied with the frequency that’s what matters :) quality over quantity. I’ve seen people talk about doing it 3 times a day. I’ve NEVER done that, even at 17 with my first bf. Everyone’s comfort level is different.

Hey, I’m so sorry to hear that! That sounds beyond miserable. Are you familiar with Laura Doyle’s work at all? I seriously can’t recommend it highly enough. She works with a lot of women who are in miserable marriages and she’s done an AMA here on this sub. I would encourage you to pick up one of her books and see what you think. Well I can’t speak for the other unmarried couples but my bf and I spend the full weekend together. I stay over at his house. So that’s how I get the 3/4 day a week number :) Edit to add: if it makes you feel better, my last ex and I were more like you. We saw each other once or twice a week. I’ve also had a bf who I would spend like six nights a week with. And one I would only see once a week. Every relationship is so different. Quality over quantity. If you love the time you get with your man …

Technically nothing. But you should know him well enough to know by now if he’s that type. And if he is, and dumps you after he’s got it (which I think is beyond unlikely) then you dodged a bullet and it doesn’t count poorly against you N count wise because you did in fact wait for commitment. At the end of the day, you can only vet and trust. You can vet right up til the point he offers exclusivity (don’t stop vetting after that of course) to determine if you think he’s trustworthy with exclusi…

All you can do is communicate YOUR desires. Don’t push him for anything. “I don’t have sex before exclusivity” you’re bringing him your problem, and he can either bring the solution of ending it, or the solution of becoming exclusive. Stick to your guns and if he doesn’t become exclusive fast enough for your liking you have the freedom to end it.

Oh my gosh, I did this too! Hahaha I’ve always exaggerated my number. Never ever have I brought it down so it makes me laugh that guys think women always take it down. My number is single digits as well but my current boyfriend thinks it’s much higher. (I’ve never given him a number, but I’d be embarrassed to admit how low it is, his number is at least well over 50 though he’s never given me one either)

I give him back massages after work! I love to do it, I let him either lie there in silence or (more commonly) he will tell me about his day. We used to work together so I miss the stories. It’s a great way to be a soft place to land and makes him feel relaxed and happy.

I have! I read it when I was single and in the dating game and found it wonderful for that. But in my relationship I actually get more benefit out of the surrendered wife. Men are men so a lot of the same ways of interacting work with a boyfriend as well, but obviously there are some differences.

I like Anna. I don’t agree with everything she has to say, and my goals are very different from hers, but at the end of the day, women are SATURATED with blue pill advice, so I’ll take anything remotely RP I can find.

This is kind of a myth. My mom had me at 34 and I was her FIRST child. She had her youngest at 39 and could have had more. No birth defects of any kind with any of us. I know it’s riskier past thirty (still well under that myself) but the idea that women just shut all the way down after 30 or 35 is a myth.

Great question! A mixture of both. RPW recommends books like these even for women in happy marriages. I SWEAR by that book and I know for a fact I respect my boyfriend (but sometimes I forget when we have a fight and that list helps remind me) for you, you’re in the vetting stage (so am I, I’m not married, but you’re even more in the initial vetting stage than I am) so a list like that would be excellent for you in helping make a decision as to whether this man is worth dating. On the flip side,…

If you don’t know if you respect him, you don’t respect him. Period. If you’re embarrassed of him you don’t respect him. ESPECIALLY if you’re not even dating yet and already feel this way. If you WANT to respect him, I highly recommend the book Secrets of Fascinating Womanhood. It has a section with a list of masculine virtues. List all the ones your potential guy has and you’ll have a very hard time not being overcome with respect and admiration if he’s truly a man of value.

26 here and this may be an unpopular answer but frankly, being with a man a lot older kills this anxiety. My boyfriend is 43. I can’t go back to 21 and stay there forever but I’ll always be 17 years younger than him

Take a class! I do pole dance/chair dance at a studio and I love it. And my man reaps the benefits. In my experiences the studios are very welcoming, friendly, non judgmental, and are usually female only spaces so it’s a fun and comfortable way to get your sexy on and a good workout.

I was 17. It was PAINFUL. Vaginismus for the win. Emotionally I felt fine. He was my first boyfriend. We’d been together for four months before we slept together and had done oral and stuff like that for about two months beforehand. I was “ready” to lose it.

Sheesh. 3-4 months? First of all does this man not have a job? Second of all, this is the hardest dealbreaker in the world. If it was 3-4 days I’d say it’s fine but either go with them, or have him take said sister or another trustworthy third party. 3-4 months is insane. And the fact that he didn’t even ask your feelings about it? Does this man even realize he HAS a girlfriend? Sorry. I don’t mean to be harsh but wow.

First of all, I love your username. I have one of my college show choir pieces stuck in my head now. I don’t know a specific brand necessarily but when I want to be comfy and feminine, I love maxi dresses now that it’s warmer, or fit and flare or fitted t shirt dresses year round (I live in a warm climate but you could wear them with tights or thigh socks for a colder climate) and when it’s colder I like leggings with soft feminine tunics or cardigans. I used to read TRP and askTRP but it just made me angry. As a feminine woman, angry is NOT how I want to live my life. I’ve been actively working on eliminating entertainment and information sources from my life if they would cause me to feel angry, stressed, or argumentative. That said, I do read RPChristians. That’s pretty heavily male I believe. But the attitude is pretty different. Incidentally, I discovered the Red Pill through some of the male websites. The classics, Roosh, ROK, Matt Forne…

Curious to hear other people’s thoughts about this cause I am definitely not the expert! But, I feel like this is a red flag. 14 months of the dating phase is a looooooong time and my personal gut feeling here is that this guy doesn’t intend to commit to you. If he did, he would. If he won’t commit to someone in a “different stage of life” why date them for over a year? Idk. I could be totally off base but this rings alarm bells.

I wouldn’t worry! Although I totally get it cause I would too. My bf “calls” me dude and man all the time, he’s more just saying it as an expression than trying to address me specifically. We live in LA so everyone says those things. He also calls me babe, baby, honey, you get the picture. When in doubt, always go with your man’s preferences over this sub’s recommendations. Case in point, I love secrets of fascinating womanhood. The book recommends bows, ribbons, and other hair accessories. My man hates them and thinks they’re juvenile. I love them. I don’t wear them around him but wear them when I won’t be seeing him. Maybe try the same? Rock the dresses at work/school or with your girls. And with him wear what he loves.

I doubt it. Because I feel like by that point we will know each other well enough that if he still didn’t I would understand why. Right now we are still sort of in the learning to communicate phase. Edit: whoever downvoted, why is that bad? Because I SHOULD take it personally? Or because I’m implying I’m taking it personally right now? Feel free to offer constructive criticism. Correct. Not that they necessarily WOULD fire him but they COULD if they found out we started dating while I worked for him. So I see why he says he needs time. I thank him for every little thing, not excessively, just a smile and a genuine thank you. I give him back massages on days I see him after work. We work in the same field and it’s a very stressful one so he enjoys that as a way to unwind. I give a lot of genuine heartfelt compliments, and I try to do little things to make his life easier. I surprise him with little gifts from time to time. I try to respect his introversion and need for space by not texting 24/7 even though I easily could.

Not married yet, but I did indeed meet my boyfriend at work. He was my boss. Yes, on paper dating your boss is risky and reckless, I don’t recommend it as a general rule, but every situation is unique, and I wouldn’t trade him for the world. I knew him for a full year before we became anything more than platonic, so we knew each other well and trusted each other to handle things in a mature way. I love him very much.

Leggings and a cute top. Or bootie shorts and a cute top. I usually wear leggings or bootie shorts with a maximum cleavage cami when I’m with my bf. Alone, I need to be way better at staying feminine. I’m currently in an oversized hoodie and messy hair. But still recommend those things even if you’re alone! Or a comfy jersey dress. A long cardigan with the leggings or some knee high socks with the shorts if you’re cold.

Surprised to see you can still get things from the store. I’m originally from WA and my whole family is still there and they said EVERYTHING is gone. It’s pretty crazy.

I don’t think you should doubt your intuition. Just make sure his walk matches his talk. I’m a strong believer in chemistry and the feeling of love and I have heaps of it with my boyfriend. His actions also match his words. He shows his commitment and dedication every day. By contrast, I had the same level of chemistry with my last ex but his actions didn’t match at all, he was flaky, immature, and totally not ready for a relationship. So by all means look for chemistry and that feeling of chill…

I really don’t think so. My boyfriend is extremely kind, emotionally aware, and stable. He’s also the farthest thing from boring and I have that gushy “in love” feeling with him every day even after knowing him over a year. I think the idea that good guys are “boring” comes from girls being soooo used to the roller coaster that comes with the toxic ones. The “highs” feel so good because you never know what to expect. A lot of people on this sub do caution against going by “the tingles” or that “…

My boyfriend did that! About a month before we started dating he started calling me by my last name, and my clueless self took it as bro zoning, now I take it as super sweet :)

They let you! One of the top commenters here is a guy. But you aren’t supposed to announce your gender. You can make it obvious from your comment “my wife blah blah blah” but you aren’t supposed to give your personal preferences for what attracts you.

Why don’t you just start by reading the sub? You should learn a lot about female submission just from reading. There’s actually a really good post about it just one or two posts down.

It’s definitely not too late for you. Not all guys will even ask your partner count. My boyfriend never has. He and I have a “don’t ask don’t tell” policy regarding previous sexual partners. We both know we aren’t each other’s firsts but we act as though we are. It works great for us. Every sexual partner (as you know) is so unique anyway in habits and preferences that it’s almost like being a virgin again regardless. You’re learning sexuality with a new person, so it’s still exciting and offers…

I promise I don’t mean this question disrespectfully, I don’t know anything about Haredi fashion, but I’m curious about the shaved head and wig, I’ve heard of head coverings in conjunction with modest fashion but never a shaved head and wig combo.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
