I looked into that option. I make too much and they don't factor in DTI so, I don't qualify.

PPD, Hormones, ADHD, NPD, BPD. Pick one. I tried that. For a year. I opened all door to therapy and she still didn’t go. It’s done. I’m not subjecting myself to that abuse anymore.

I don't even have the $250 for a consult, not to mention the ten's of thousand's it's going to cost during family court.

Are there any unconventional tactics that I could try? I feel like I've about exhausted every other option and I'm not sure what to do here.

And while you're right, I could just go pick my daughter up but that would cause her (soon to be ex) to lose her job and I not about hurting someone in that way. The legality of the situation in the state of Wisconsin allows her to hold the baby until custody hearings have decided the outcome, then it's Illegal to keep her from me.

I'll look closer but, most of the jargon I read indicates I'm not eligible due to my income. Double edged sword, I would be doing quite well if most of extra funds weren't going to pay off debt. Checked Employee benefits and I'm not in the current season to enroll in their legal aid program. These are a bust, I tried them too.

Separate accounts since dating. I pay none of her bills (car, phone, her credit cards) and don't share any credit. Can't change locks, she's on the mortgage and that's illegal. "You’ll need a lawyer to get the divorce done. She will have no say in it. Her approval or signature is absolutely not needed" I literally can't afford it. I don't even think I'd get approved for a loan, my credit is shit and I'm recovering from debt. The moneys all spent. I can file the initial paperwork myself, but I'd s…

You sound like a decent dude. I'm sorry you're going through this. Focus on the positive, you don't have HIV! Biggest win you could ask for. Grieve, then move the fuck on. Count yourself the luckiest man alive.

WI has a mandatory 120 day separation requirement before divorce, is that a part of the divorce papers I'd be filing today? I made one payment so far it's fresh. What does not leaving the house mean, like don't move out? Why would I have to sell it, isn't there a way to refi her off the mortgage? I know the child support is happening and I do need to calculate it. WI isn't that much from what I remember reading. Married for a little over a year I know a place online where you order the "admissib…

Recording, Check Grey rock, Check Never joined accounts or gave her any access, Check No credit cards, Check She uses her own money and only asks if she needs something for the baby, I pay the rest of the bills (mortgage, utilities, groceries, etc.), Check I've been taking pictures of her messy ass shit for months, Check This is good stuff, already on most of it.

WI just passed mandatory Paternity test in divorce cases. I thought about this too, you're right, I'm not touching that.

GOOD, It's pointless and you're better off working on your life goals. Take it from me, second divorce on the way and married to a narcissist. DON'T DO IT. They don't respect it, they don't respect you. Get your bag homie!
