Currently trying to divorce my wife. She's a Narc and refuses to comply with literally anything. I'll keep it short and to the point:

* Bought a house in April and she is on the mortgage but pays nothing. Her initial feelings "changed" and refuses to sign any paperwork to sell or transfer.

* She left the house in May and is living with her parents (where I found her). She took the baby with her and refuses to let me see her or work on a schedule.

* I am paying 95% of all our bills still including the mortgage. I'm recovering from a financial hardship and have little to no savings.

* I tried filing on my own, but she keeps refusing to sign or changing her mind on terms. I don't have any extra money between bills to hire a lawyer

  • Reside in Wisconsin

  • I'm an Army Vet

  • Married just over 1 year

  • Together we had three kids between us. We only share one kid.

I'm not asking for any sympathy; I'm focused on moving on and could use some help with developing a strategy. Any advice is very appreciated.
