You where sub cap before... that amount was 1825 a month... This change does not impact you at this time on the face of the matter, since you are sub-cap. It might come up in the general mod cycle, but it is not a tiger in and of it's self. It does not seem like stealing of funds... It sounds like you own 1/2 of an investment...
