1	I'm really toxic, lonely, and easily angered on the internet Pick up a martial art. Preferably a high contact one. If your up for the challenge take up a striking martial art (boxing , kickboxing, mauythai) Id personaly suggest a grappling martial art(bjj or wresteling) This should help with temper, inner confidence, dicipline.
