I think the biggest issue in calling vs. texting is age. There is the 20 and below crowd that grew up with texting, the 30 and over crowd that didn't, and us weirdos in the middle. I do P90X. I like it. You can do it from home, you don't need much in terms of equipment (bands and a pull up bar really, most else is just optional). You can do it from home so that cuts time having to travel to the gym. It will tire you out, it's definitely not just some Wii Fit stuff. You will be worked, but they keep working different muscle groups so while you're tired you keep going. I really suggest it.

In my experience, avoid them. I want someone out there to push me. I need motivation to approach and a little pick me up if I get blown out.
